Helpful and pleasant desk staff who all seemed to speak good English. The hotel must be very new - everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Room was quite large by German standards, with twin beds, a sofa, and desk with chair. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast buffet (included) was very good. The location was actually fine for us, but might not appeal to everyone. Convenient to a large mall (City Galerie) and the excellent Textile Industry Museum, but a bit of a walk or bus ride to the historic part of the city. A great choice for business travelers, or tourists who don't mind being a little outside the old city.

The design of the newly built hotel and the friendly staff. The rooms are very good equipped and the location is very good. The breakfast is poor for the price. There was free private parking on the booking reservation, but still, there was an attempt to charge fees for that service.

Wir haben das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht und erfreut festgestellt, das Frühstück ist im Zimmerpreis bereits enthalten. Das Hotel ist neu gebaut. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist alles o.k. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist der Schrank etwas zu klein.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Leider haben wir erst im Hotel mit Empfang der Schlüsselkarten (in der Beschreibung/dem Kartenbriefchen) erfahren, dass 2 Kinder bis 18 Jahren im Zimmer der Eltern kostenfrei übernachten können! Auf der Internetbuchungsseite ist auf diese Suchanfrage unsererseits kein Hinweis erschienen, sondern es wurden uns 2 Doppelzimmer angeboten! Schade, trübt so einbisschen den ansonsten netten Aufenthalt! Lg Familie Rohowski

Отличный отель. Достаточно просторный номер, прекрасно оборудован и отделан. Ванная комната выше всяких похвал. Полный набор в номере для приготовления чая был очень кстати. Круглосуточный ресепшн, компьютер и факс в уголке Завтрак- очень скромный и не разнообразный, от такого отеля ждал гораздо больше. Неудобно добираться от ж/д вокзала
