L'atenció del personal és bona. Està net, és acollidor i molt segur, doncs cal utilitzar la tarja de l'habitació per poder cridar l'ascensor. Al cap de setmana, a l'hora d'esmorzar baixa tothom de cop i se'ls descontrola una mica la neteja de les taules. Entre setmana ho porten bé. |

Edifici nou i modern. Habitacions confortables i funcionals. Ben comunicat i barri tranquil però molt a prop de zona comercial i cèntrica. Esmorzar correcte. En hores punta el mejador per esmorzar es queda petit. |

Està prop del zoo,del Tiergarten i de la zona de museus, pèrò és una zona tranquil.la on el soroll dels carrers comercials o més cèntrics no arriba. |

És un hotel ben connectat amb el centre de la ciutat amb el bus 100 i 200. Permet accedir rapidament a tots els llocs de Berlín. l'Esmorzar és correcte i abundant. Només hi ha un ordinador amb connexió a internet en el vestíbul. |

Clean, modern, new, great location. When planning my city trip I spent over 4 hours searching for the best fit considering location and price. This hotel fully fulfilled my expectation. Located just at the bus stop 100 3 stops from ZOO train station, 5 minutes walk from KADEWE and 25 minutes walk from Postdammer Platz. Has cheap breakfast and internet connection, offers affordable bike rental, rooms are a bit smaller but clean and comfortable, batroom was clean and modern, has even kettel for tea and coffee. Ladies at the reception are pleasant and helpfull, stored our luggage after check out. Would come definitely back one day. |

Comfy rooms, everything necessary was included, even coffee/thé making facilities and hair dryer. Good value for money. Quiet rooms, near the buss stop 100 and not far from the KaDeWe or other west-Berlin major sights. Nothing - of coarse it's crowded on breakfast at week ends if you choose (like everybody else) to have your breakfast after 09.30!! |

Very well located in Berlin, next to Bus100 stop and 2 blocks away from a metro station. The hotel has a small parking which is not expensive (good alternative when travelling by car). Breakfast was quite good for price. Very small room. Need to live out of the suitcase as there is no closet. During our stay, the heating system was on all time, making it almost imposible to sleep at night. Needed to open the window (it was 3 c outside). It was not possible to regulate the room temperature. |

Efficient helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast.Some thought put into the room layout - night light in the shower room was a nice touch. Very busy breakfast room meant getting a table at peak times could be a problem. |

Smiley, friendly staff who were happy to assist and answer questions. Great location for sightseeing being only minutes walk to the U-Bahn. Great buffet breakfast! |

Staff at front desk were very helpfull, especially new trainee Patricia, she helped us with city maps and where to go and she always had a smile on her face and we felt she really wanted to help us. If possible to add a few more screens for internet, as only 1 is at this hotel. |

The first is location. It is very close to Berlin Zoo and Ku'damm. The breakfast was good and included. The room was small and the buffet area should be spacier. Parking costs 12e a day and is not very convinient and sometime all parking lots were busy. |

The hotel was new, clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Great shower. Good location for visiting the eastern and western parts of Berline. Convenient to S-bahn, U-bahn, and bus transportation. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good price. No - thought it was perfect for being a tourist in Berlin. |

The hotel has a good location close to the Kurfürstendamm and within walking distance of the city centre. The hotel is relatively new and offers nice and well furnished rooms. |
