Holiday Inn Express Berlin City Centre West  

The hotel was superb. It was very near to KaDeWe, a big shoping mall. The hotel staff was very nice. They room was in my opinion a little small but was peaceful.

We found the location perfect and the staff was helpful and nice.

It was pity that there was no free WiFi in this hotel. We all so mist a 2e chair, there was only one in the room.

Very good value for money, pretty well located hotel. You can reach all the most interesting sightseeings on walk or U-Bahn (metro is located 5 minutes from). I recommedn this hotel for singles or couples travelling without children.

Breakfast could be a bit better

Hotel fairly well located, just 200 m from the tram stop although the neighborhood is not recommendable at night (not as safety concern) mainly if you want to go out to dinner. Other than for that there are no complains as regards the hotel. Cannot give any opinion on breakfast as same was not included and due to the price we would rather had it downtown. Not an issue though.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city. Big, clean rooms. Staff very courteous, efficient and helpful

There is no safe in the room. Lack of places for clothes storage.

Excellent location. Breakfast was good. Rooms kept very clean. Had tea/coffee facilities in room. Shower was excellent & bathroom was very clean. Very quiet in rooms, no traffic noise even though road was quite busy

Did not seem to cater if 3 shared a room, not enough towels or milk & only 2 mugs provided! Mugs were also taken away on first day of cleaning & not returned!!!

Location and the staff were first class. Room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. I will definately be back.

I thought the bar could be improved and lacked atmosphere.

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, able to answer any questions we had. Being near the 100 bus stop was great for arriving/leaving and the sightseeing nature of this bus route. The location of the hotel is just great, near to the centre, but away from the crowds. The breakfasts were good, a reasonable choice and as much as you wanted, there was also a wide time when breakfast was available.

We were very happy with the hotel, but if there is anything negative to say then it would be that there was very little space for storing clothes, just open hanging space, no wardrobe or drawers at all. We slept with the window open and there was a steady traffic noise, but it wasn't disturbing and there were no other noise problems.
