very clean and close to all amenities. Would recommend it to anyone Rooms were a bit small-but the bathroom made up for it-very nice!! |

Room was clean, comfortable and had the best black out curtains I have ever known. Good breakfast. Very near to the underground station, short journey from there into centre of town. Not able to print off documents from "business corner" computers without a lot of problems. Not enough tea bags and milk provided for 3 people despite asking twice. |

Easy to reach, good parking, nice rooms, vast lounge, nice, helpful staff. Easy to reach town-center by U-bahn. Short walk to line U2, little longer to U3. Breakfast-waitresses admirable in stressed situation. Twin-bed too narrow, matresses very uncomfortable. Breakfast area too small and extremely noisy. breakfast bad organized and very frugal, could not cope with number of guests. Coffe-machines a disaster with ques of 15-20 persons. |

Nice hotel with great comfort. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was its freshness. Traffic on the street can be intense so tip is to get a room in the courtyard. Good parking that felt safe and reasonably priced. |

Security wise, the hotel is good because only hotel guest could take the lift with their room cards as access key. I felt disappointed this time. I arrived Holiday Inn on 22/Nov and we were locked in the hotel lift for 45 minutes but without a single sorry from hotel staff after we were released. We were very tired when arriving the hotel and noboday seems feeling sorry for locking us inside the hotel elevator for such a long time, nobody expressed any concern on this matter and no hotel staff helped us carrying the heavy luggage and still ourselves carrying our baggages from ground floor to the hotel lobby at first floor. I am regretted that the poor manner of the hotel staff is really out of my expectation and made my stay in the hotel disappointing very much. |

One of the best Holiday Inn Express around. It's brand new which of course helps but what makes a good hotel excellent is the staff. For what is on offer this hotel is all good. |

All staff in the reception, the cafeteria during our breakfast are sooo helpful and always answer our lots of questions (as 2 of us was their 1st time in Germany) with a very big smile. I need to thank them all. |

Convenience and public transportation accessible to all the venues I was interested in. My internet connection did not work on Sunday morning after it had worked Saturday evening. My laptop's diagnostic indicated that there was a problem at the hotel's server in connecting to the internet. Desk clerk did not know of any problems. |

The extra time alloted by the hotel for parking. We were able to leave our car until 1800 even though check out was 1200. Breakfast was very meager. |

Nice design, bathroom, furniture, flat TV and everything is brand new. Although we arrived at 14:00 my colleague has got his room at abt. 17:00 only. Always queues at the reception. |

Very good price for value. Hotel not located in the very centre of Hamburg but in the direct vicinity of the metro (U-Bahn at 3 minutes by walk) and on a line that brings you within 10 minutes in the heart of hamburg; Clean, and brand new the hotel is a good option for your stay in hamburg |

Found the staff to be very pleasant and helpfull.Easy access to underground was essential to our trip and saved us money on other forms of transport.The room was well presented and very clean.Would be happy to return. |

well looked after, this hotel is well equipped and efficiently run it was busy which meant you had to wait to be seen at reception and the breakfast room was a bit congested. But nothing we couldn't live with. |

The staff was very friendly and was helpful with any question. We were there just one months after the hotel opened and so there was everything still kept very modern, nice and clean. |

My stay was very comfortable and the staff very friendly also the staff made every effort to speak in English to me as unfortunatly I do not yet speak German The breakfast was a bit limited and making toast was difficult as there was only on toaster (Sorry to be petty) |
