The extra time alloted by the hotel for parking. We were able to leave our car until 1800 even though check out was 1200. Breakfast was very meager. |

Nice design, bathroom, furniture, flat TV and everything is brand new. Although we arrived at 14:00 my colleague has got his room at abt. 17:00 only. Always queues at the reception. |

Very good price for value. Hotel not located in the very centre of Hamburg but in the direct vicinity of the metro (U-Bahn at 3 minutes by walk) and on a line that brings you within 10 minutes in the heart of hamburg; Clean, and brand new the hotel is a good option for your stay in hamburg |

Found the staff to be very pleasant and helpfull.Easy access to underground was essential to our trip and saved us money on other forms of transport.The room was well presented and very clean.Would be happy to return. |

well looked after, this hotel is well equipped and efficiently run it was busy which meant you had to wait to be seen at reception and the breakfast room was a bit congested. But nothing we couldn't live with. |

The staff was very friendly and was helpful with any question. We were there just one months after the hotel opened and so there was everything still kept very modern, nice and clean. |

My stay was very comfortable and the staff very friendly also the staff made every effort to speak in English to me as unfortunatly I do not yet speak German The breakfast was a bit limited and making toast was difficult as there was only on toaster (Sorry to be petty) |

Rooms were new and staff was helpful. There was no bar fridge. Internet may have been good value (I don't know) but the payment/password system was a bit inconvenient. Also, steep stairs are not a good thing to faced when when arriving with luggage. Surprised to find there were no dinner facilities/restaurant, but I hadn't asked either. |

efficient and friendly staff and very convenient location for the underground network 2nd morning breakfast was chaotic. too many people in the restaurant. we did get a table easy enough but on retuning to our table after initially placing cereal bowls, fruit juice and fresh fruit and queuing up for a warm drink, we discovered our table had been cleared and other guests who denied all knowledge of knowing we had been sat there were in our place. It was obvious to us from their reaction they were aware of what had happened |

The existance of the coffe maker in the room, two types of pillow are wellcomed, lots of different TV chanels are appreciated Even I booked the room via internet (and my credit card details were known), it was for the first time I had to pay my staying before I entered in the room... The breakfast is very poor: no vegetables (tomatoes, etc), no fruits, empty pans (too long time needed to refill the pans, juice machine, etc.). Cleaning up the tables during brakfast - very slow and unefficient. |

Very nice and friendly staff. Great customer service. 1) The hotel appeared to be understaffed cleaning persons after 18:00. 2) Great breakfast, however there should be an additional juice machine to service the large amount of guests. Also, the food should be replenished more frequently. |

I liked the room, bath room, option to work in the work, Internet I didn't like the breakfast - neither the food (not too many options) nor the fact not enough space/seats for the guests who come to enjoy breakfast |

Private garage can be used. We checked out at 12.00 but we could use the garage till 18.00. perfect! The costs (Oktober 2009) were 10,- Euro. We didn't like the breakfast. The eating hall is too chaotic and small. There were even people having their breakfast in front of the reception desk, that's not good. The breakfast itself was also not really good. The eggs were gone in a second, had too wait a long time for a cup of coffee. However it was their second day open, nobody is perfect! ;) |
