the location near by the airport of munich the room (#205) was quite small for 3 persons, not comfortable to move around, only one chair (there was no room for more anyway), no frigidaire |

Very modern, clean and well decorated. The computers in the lobby were a lifesaver since I could get our air tickets online and save some delays at the Munich airport. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well prepared for early morning flights. Great job for the Holiday Inn Express. Address not computer friendly. Wife plugged in a similar address and it took us 50 kilometers past the airport. i was furious and it spoiled an otherwise great trip. The Holiday Inn needs to make their address found in the GPS. I talked to Isabella and she said they would work on this. Also the 8 Euro parking fee should be fully revealed in the online ad. |

The pizza was great. Slept good and shower plus whole bathroom was excellent. Missing a magnifying mirror though. |

Close to the airport. The room was booked on my son's credit card and the hotel told him there was no problem to pay the room this way. On arrival I was told the credit card holder has to be present and charged cash for the room. The rezervation was 69 euros all inclusive and I was charged 77 euros. No receipt was given after I payed. Very unprofesional. |

It does not have much facilities. Facilities like WiFi (you cannot pay on the web and you have to buy a voucher) and airport shiuttle (it costs you 8 Euros per person, which is half of a taxi cost) are not good enough. It suits only transit travellers. |

The breakfast was quite good for an express hotel. Booking.com mentions a small fee for the shuttle. 8 Euros is not a 'small' fee to pay...twice! for the 8 minute shuttle to and from the airport. For this reason...I would not stay at this hotel again. Rooms are quite small for 2 people---no closet. |

Pleasant large room and modern bathroom. No restaurant, but the bar serves soup, sandwiches and pizza and a fine buffet breakfast. Good shuttle service to the airport. |

Only because it was close to airport The shuttle price was misrepresented because it was advertized as 8 euros per room and I had to pay double that because I had 3 people in my party for one room -I was charged 32 euros for both ways to and from the airport. I could bearly walk around my room because of cramped space - this was more like a cheap motel rather than facilities I expected for the price I paid. At 144 euros for one night I expected better. I shall not recommend this place again and will find other locations next time. |

We only stayed one night before catching a flight in the morning. During the limited stay we found the staff to be very pleasant and professional. We especially liked the fact that all of the staff that we had contact with were proficient in English. No dislikes |

The Holiday Inn Express was a very nice hotel. The staff were very accommodating, the room, although a bit small for three people, was clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet. My mother, sister and I had a pleasant stay. |
