洗濯物を袋に入れて床においていたら処分されてしまった。 ２泊したが、２日目に残っていたはずのティッシュペーパーが空になっていた。

空港からちょっと離れただけなのにかなり安く泊まれます。車を使用される方には良いかと思います。

夜10時ごろ到着したら駐車場がいっぱいで、近くの多施設の駐車場に停めるように言われました。その後数組- 来ましたが、彼らも同じ羽目に。立地条件を考えても車利用の宿泊客が大多数を占めるはずなのに、十分な駐車- 場数が確保できていないのはマイナスだと思いました。

Holiday Innらしくアメリカ系のお客さんが多いようで、ホテルスタッフの英語も分かりやすかったように思います。-

2部屋予約していたのですが、そのうち1部屋はライトや壁等が修理中で取り外してあり、とても宿泊できる状- 態ではありませんでした。代替の部屋に案内してもらうためレセプションに電話をしたところ、すぐ来るとの返- 事だったのですがなかなか来ず、結局自分たちでレセプションまで行くはめになりました。連絡・管理体制と顧- 客への対応があまり徹底されていないな、と感じざるを得ませんでした。

朝食ブッフェは、評判通りしっかりしたものだった。ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト、焼き立てのクロワッサンなど- 、どれも新鮮でおいしかった。

今回は、隣国への乗り継ぎに利用しましたので、特別な感想はありません。

チェックインチェックアウトが非常にスムースで早い。有料ではあるが、空港送迎バスの運行がフレキシブルで- 便利。

飲むファシリティがもう少し充実していると過ごしやすい。

A small room but one which has practically everything you need for the stay of one night near the airport. It is really like a backpacker - compact including all the necessary stuff for the stay before or after the flight. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.

The bathroom wasn't airy enough. Nevertheless, referring to the value of budget - the room is o.k.

Most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed in!!!! 1) Unfriendly front desk (not acknowledge that they will attend to me shortly) Once someone came to help, they did not even ask who was first so i had to wait even longer. 2) When ask to use intenet this morning, not willing to make arrangement for me to login (i am club member) I had to shower first, just to ensure i can get internet access 3) When check out, i had to pay Euro 2 by credit card which they could not have add to total amount? Redicolous!! 4) Not giving me gate code so i had to get out of rain to come and ask them to open for me MY LAST IN THIS HOTELand maybe i stop using Holiday Inns after this business trip! 1 more to go - Holiday Inn Berlin (already booked)

I did not like the fact that the shuttle only operated certain hours. It was not made clear to call the hotel between the operating shuttle hours to have the van come pick you up. I wasted considerable time prior to taking a taxi to the hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the desk staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous, and the location was great, as we were flying out of Munich the next morning.

The shuttle service seemed a bit disorganized on pickup at the airport. We had taken the train into Munich and back to the airport in the evening, and had to wait through two shuttles to take us back to the hotel because the shuttles were full. Finally another shuttle service gave us a ride to the hotel.

it is a very "Functional" Hotel to fliers. it is located just near Munich Airport, early breakfast is served from 4:00AM and it is very comfortable. rooms are clean and the parking is included.

the airplains are heard very well but it's only make sence....

The room and shower had a few problems. I reported it and hope they fix them.

there is only one chair in the room. two people need one more, even small,chair.....not cofortable to sit on the bed...

I was under the impression that the airport pi k up and drop off was free but we had to pay Euro 5/person/trip that is Euro 20, for having paid Euro 59 for 14 hr stay at the hotel. Also I noticed that most of your Holiday Inn Express advertise free pick up and drop off!!

The welcome and efficient reception staff. The bar staff were very accommodating professional and helpful. The drink prices very very reasonable. Check out prompt and professional. Clean crisp sheets. Airport Pick up- and return service well orgainised. English speaking staff.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We had backache the next day. Beds quite small and covers just fitting. After a long journey it is the most important part of our stay. On inspecting the mattress, one could feel the springs and button-type holdings. We did report this to the young lady receptionist - but she said "so dear". For this reason only, we could not recommend it to other friends who travel. The breakfast was just satisfactory, not to be recommended or attract one back.

our room was very clean, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The shuttle bus is very convenient when you need transport to the airport.
