It is centrally located and has good connections to the public transport. The rooms and beds were too small. I wonder how it is rated as a four star hotel. So, the overall experience was much below the expectations from Holiday Inn brand name. |

Central enough for main shopping area - Ka De We is only about 10 minute walk away. Close to bus and train routes. Disappointed at facilities on offer - room service finished at 8.30 most nights - bar was the lobby area, and small at that. No safe in room. In our opinion, it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. |

It was clean and the staff was friendly.The room was as good as new and the location was in a nice area. The lobby was very small and the distance between the hotel and the U bahn was five minutes walking. |

Location as central This hotel was definately over-rated and way over priced.I travel a lot and familiar with a lot of htels at different classes.This hotel should be classified as 2 star max. not 4. to start with the staff spoke very poor english and often misunderstood requests....i asked for a double bedroom in my resesrvation...iwas given a single room with 2 small single beds stuck next to each other....the beds |

Die Nähe zum Ku´damm für Shopping Touren ist ok, das Personal ist wirklich freundlich. Aber das reicht nicht. Das Zimmer war total verraucht, und durch die schlecht gedämmten Fenster und die Nähe zum Ku´damm sehr laut. Das Bad war extrem eng, so dass die Toilettenspülung unter dem Waschtisch bedient werden mußte. Die (weissen) Handtücher hatten Flecken. 4-Sterne waren das nicht |

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und auch die Frühstücksbedienungen waren sehr aufmerksam. Zentrale Lage in einer Nebenstraße vom Ku´damm Straßenseite ist in der Nacht sehr laut, da alte Fenster, Hotel entspricht eher 3 Sterne. Selbst bei 3 Sterne gibt es viel viel bessere Hotels, welche moderner und technisch besser eingerichtet sind. |

Klantvriendeljk personeel. Goed ontbijtbuffet, werd steeds aangevuld. Goede ligging t.o.v. openbaar vervoer. Badkamer is klein, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, dus voldoet voor een paar dagen. |

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, echt topklasse! Bedden, badkamer en ontbijt waren goed. We hadden niet-roken besteld, maar kwamen toch in een roken-gedeelte terecht. En jawel hoor, de kamer stonk erg naar de rook. Deze kwam onder de deur door die rechtstreeks in verbinding stond met die van de buren, die duidelijk stevige rokers waren. Met hulp van de receptioniste hebben we de overlast vanaf dag 2 kunnen beperken, maar eigenlijk moet dit niet kunnen gebeuren. |
