Staff very accommodating. Even though a very large group (140) was having a dinner there on the Saturday night we stayed, the dining room had a full menu and attentive service. On Sunday morning, though the dining room was full with the same group, the excellent breakfast buffet was continually filled, and the staff was sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. Parking convenient and included. Location provided easy access to Munich.

This hotel is a strong North American 3 star hotel! It's what you would expect from a Best Western. The place was clean, well maintained and easy to navigate. The room was clean and up to date and two of us could get around without a problem. The breakfast was excellent with everything from meats to eggs to fruit, bread and many choices of juice and other beverages. Good value for money! The only negative about the hotel is that it doesn't have a gym.

De locatie was gesitueerd op een soort industrieterrein en de vorige keren hebben wij overnacht in het radison blu hotel in ettlingen en dit was een stuk aangenamer maar verder niets ten nadelen van het hotel dat was verder o.k.

Prima overnachtingshotel. Ontbijt is perfect! Een klein minpuntje was dat het personeel s'avonds (ca. 10.30 - 12.00 uur) buiten stond te roken en luidruchtig stond te praten. Hiervan heb ik ook medling gemaakt bij de receptei

Goed kan ik niet echt zeggen. Het is meer vergane glorie. Wij kwamen al jaren in dit hotel als Holiday Inn om te overnachten op onze doorreis naar Zwitserland. Het is echt achteruit gegaan. En, erg veel Oost-Europeanen !

eigenlijk van niets. onze kamer lag dicht bij de keuken en de afzuiging daarvan, zodat we 'smorgens vroeg al "genoten" van de verschillende bak-en kookluchten.Het personeel uit de keuken en/of van de schoonmaakdiensten stond tot 's avonds laat buiten, vlak onder ons raam,zeer luidruchtig vaak te pauzeren.De ruimte waar het ontbijt gebruikt kon worden was veel te klein en zaten we boven op elkaars lip, terwijl de bediening in de ontbijtruimte zeer ongeinteresseerd was.Kortom dat was allemaal echt slecht.

Hotel had prima ligging om als tussenstop te dienen voor onze vakantie van Italie. Personeel was erg vriendelijk.Mooie badkamer. Helaas geen airco in kamer, en aangezien er buiten wat lawaai was hebben we een warme nacht gehad.
