2 dage før vor afrejse fra hotellet klagede vi over maden i hotellets restaurant (på et af hotellets vurderingsskemaer), men vi har endnu ikke modtaget nogen respons. Det måltid, som vi fik (buffet var enste mulighed) var under al kritik, men det har vi fortalt hotellet. Vi er nu spændt på, om vi overhovedet får kommentarer til vor kritik. |

The hotel was nice but a little out of the main area for being city center... I got stuck in the lift twice but otherwise nice great for kids and fantastic breakfast the fact that the bed covers were very small and we had to ask more than once for an other one. |

Location We take free internet access for granted in the USA - it gets to be a nuisance having to pay by the minute. Looking for information about the city on the internet or other things gets to be very inconvenient. |

I would like to have more information from the staff about the city activities, the staff was not so friendly like in other countries. Everything was very good, especially the breakfast, but the reception desk and staff was fair, too much arogance. |

I liked that we arrived at a very late time and were still able to check in. I also enjoyed the swimming pool! The fact that the hotel was located almost just above the train station was very convenient. Although they had a selection of pillows to choose from the quality of them turned out to be poor. Other than that there is nothing else to complain about. The hotel was wonderful! |
