God placering med kort vej til både gågade og park. Venlig betjening og de små fejl blev hurtigt rettet. Min eneste anke er, at der i familieværelset med plads til 4 personer kun var kaffe- og te-kopper til 2 personer. |

Dejligt stort hotel med god service. En god ting er at man kan tage elevatoren ned til undergrunden (skal dog gå ca 100 m nedenfor) |

Dejligt hotel med gode senge og flot badeværelse. Vi havde et fint ophold, og var glade for det. Personalet var meget venligt og behjælpeligt Flere internationale kanaler på fjernsynet(Min kone taler ikke tysk). |

Der var ikke nogen frontdesk officer der kunne hjælpe med reserveringer eller yderligere detailer om praktiake ting i München. Vi fik hjælp på Hilton!!! |

The position, very close to the centre and the direct connection to the S-bahn, that makes it very easy to go everywhere in the city! The huge and good breakfast. The kindness of the staff. The room and the bathroom are both very cleaned. I think that the price is a bit to high compared to the size of the room, that could be definitely a bit bigger for the price. |

The staff was friendly! We had three kids, 7,3 & 3 and a dog and it was a great stay! The pool was lovely and clean! The hotel was very clean! I currently live in Italy and Germany is amazing! It's so clean and everyone is sooo nice. Unlike Italy! Nit a big issue, but having a "family room", we had hoped there would be at least a double bed for spouses. We got to sleep on twin beds away from eachother. Other than that minor issue, all was really great. Oh, not in the center! It's a good 15 min walk to the clock and beer house. But a pleasant walk. We didn't mind. Center just sounds decieving. ;) |

The staff especially at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The S-BAHN station we could reach under the hotel was very useful. The hotel was very crowded , therefore at the breakfast we sometimes couldn't even find cheese to eat and had to ask for it. Some of the people of the house keeping servise were not talking German or English. It was hard to comunicate. |

For a visit to Munich - this is an ideal location - the S Bahn is so convenient and yet the hotel is very quiet.Service and checking in and out was quick and efficient. |

Great location - very easy access to the S Bahn which could be reached via subway underneath hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Very spacious room. Just 1 niggle - the pool area was being painted and a misleading sign outside advised it was closed ( I found out the 2nd time I went down that I actually could use the pool). Plus there was a private party held in the pool one evening which meant it was closed to guests. The manager handled my complaint really well. |

Very friendly staff, the rooms are clean and well kept, nice pillows Although they have a swimming pool a gym would have been nice. No negatives about this hotel. |

Excellent location. Good bar. Helpful staff. Was given a room with double bed, when I specifically requested a twin room over 6 months ago - was then moved, but to a room that reeked of stale cigarette smoke. |

Location is good, vert close to city center. The garage is right below the hotel as well as the underground station, taxies are always available in front of the hotel. Prices were reasonable taking into account high season (Oktoberfest). Staff is unpleasant to say the least. There was no one to help us with the bags. You are pretty much left on you own. |
