Conveniently connected by the S bahn from the airport. Short walk to the city. Very limited toiletries. Not able to dine at the restaurant during our whole stay at the hotel as it was booked by tour groups. Breakfast was good but a mad house during peak hours. |

Quite central... walk to city center just 15 minutes. Anyway you've a subway station right below the hotel. Great breakfast, great staff, good hotel. A "no worries" option. |

We liked the location of the hotel which was a nice walk to the city centre. Also the breakfast was of an excellent standard with a wide choice. We also had dinner and found the food excellent. We found the reception staff very helpful and friendly. A small point, I would have preferred a safe in the room, instead of having to ask at reception to access it. |

The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had an excellent location with about a five minute walk to the city center. There was nothing that I did not like. |

The hotel is close to the old city of Munich and to the English Garden. The room was great and the buffet breakfast was beyond description - fantastic. The hotel doesn't have no smoking rooms, but they put us on the 11th floor and the odor of smoke was not detectable. We did have to request a transfer from the 2nd to the 11th floor, which they were very happy to accommodate. No - no smoking rooms. |

Very good location, close to the city center and yet fairly priced. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is excellent with great variety of food served from 6:30am to 10:30am. Except for encounter with the hotel staff regarding a room assignment we were very happy. Hotel stuff was not particularly friendly. My husband is a Holiday Inn Priority club member and yet they gave us a small corner room with full size bed (not queen) and a shower even though we arrived earlier in the afternoon. |

The proximity to the city centre is excellent. The hotel staff very helpful and the breakfast very very good. The swimming pool on he 2nd floor is big enough and suprisingly not packed! The rooms are not very big. |

Very close to a busy U-bahn station but also walking to city center was easy. A lot of options at breakfast, e.g. soya milk. They tried first to charge us 30 euros higher price than was agreed with booking.com but this was ignored after short discussion. The breakfast room was not so comfortable during rush hour noise. |

The breakfast was very good. The room very quiet. Not very far from the center. The receptionist did not know that on the 1st of may all the museums were closed! so she gave us a bad information. I also did not appreciate the fact that they had only duvet covers and because they were very warm I asked for a lighter cover. They replied that they had not a lighter one because they had airconditioning! I think that this attitude is not very enviromentally friendly. |

Relatively near the city center breakfast was excellent BUT the hotel was full and each morning we could not find a place to sit in the breakfast room - it is too small to accomodate all guests - it was very frustrating! |

Extremely well located, all public transport is at a reach with even no need to get outside if people do not want to, very good breakfast, all typical services are there (even a free laggage storage service for people having to meet a late train or flight). Of course in such an international style, big hotel the "atmosphere" is sort of missing. A bit crowded in the morning, given the amount of guests, but absolutely not a big issue. The service was very kind anyway. |
