Beds and bedding very very comfortable.

The hotel cleaning staff, opened the door to come clean without knocking and so two days in a row. It was creepy. They should have announced themselves but said nothing nor did they knock to see if anyone was in the room. A complaint was made to front desk upon check out.

Just its location there is nothing special in this hotel

firstly, what is good in this hotel just its location. The price of it is not worthy to the sevices, actually if you need anything you have to pay even for the room service hillariously you have to pay seven euros for everytime you need a silly thing from the room service. The facilities are very poor there are not even slippers or sewing kit, which any other hotels usually provide. The maintainance is unworthy when we ask to fix the sink until we leave the hotel nobody fix it. The reception is not friendly especially Mr. Kerstin unfortunately she is the duty manager. Our experience is unpleasant and we will advise our friends not to come to this hotel because it is using the guest's money especially the Arab guests.

We weren't disappointed with the Holiday Inn it was the perfect place to stay for a city visit, and as we went in Feb the underground shopping arcade to one of the hotel entrances was very convenient for coming back when it was cold/raining a bit. we had a lovely double bed in our room with adjustable room temperature controls, nice hot shower, and a comfy quiet nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English and the bar downstairs was nice to chill out in with a drink before heading to bed. We also managed to hire a converter plug from the reception which was handy for my boyfriend to charge his phone. The city centre and sights are a very short metro ride away! Very good value for money!

The mini-bar and room service were expensive so we didn't use this.

Had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Big comfortable room. Good bathroom. Good beds. Close to shopping. Supermarket under hotel and easy access to it.

Had to pay for wifi in lobby.

The second entrance of the hotel, is strait up of the metro (Uban, Sban).It was very easy to came from the airport, direct to the hotel!Very nice breakfast, for 21 euro it's a little expencive but the for the children is free.

There was a big problem with the bathroom.The water was overflow and the carpet always was wet.The smell of mould was unbearable.Unfortunately cause of the children room,i did'nt ask for a change.we would like to have the two rooms side by side.

It is very close to Marienplatz and the subway is just under the Hotel. The crew is very helpful and smiling. The breakfast was great. We had 2 connection rooms and they were very comfortable. You don't hear any noise although the hotel was full

The mini bar is extremely expensive. Eur 7 for one bottle of water The breakfast is extremely expensive , Eur 15 per person with a discount of booking.com The house keeping ladies do not speak any languages , neither German nor English , therefore it is hard to communicate. They don't clean the glasses in the room properly and we had to complain about it twice to the front desk. The hair dryer was out of order and the reception gave us a seperate hairdryer with a deposit of Eur 25 , that was non sense

Good hotel with frendly staff good location not bad breakfast and with parking on the down floor.

Sometimes there are a lot of people on the reception

I did not like that the coffee cups and glasses were not properly clean and that there were no sleepers!

I was staggered to be charged €30 for my Dog for a 1 night stay. I have stayed here before and not been charged this amount, This is the most we have ever been charged by any Hotel and I will not consider this Hotel again until they change the charge to a more reasonable amount.

The room has been cleaned two times at 3 pm, too late to get a sleep in the afternoon.

Location is great. Quiet rooms. Good shower. Comfortable beds.

Staff were not very friendly at all and in fact very unhelpful... Upon arrival we only had twin beds requested to change but again no help from staff even though they where able to change the room of the people in front of us....though they had to spend 30 minutes arguing with staff at reception to get what they wanted. Not really a bad point but if you do not want a smelly smoking room you *must* request this at the start. Old style CRT tv. Absolutely no free internet not even in the lobby.
