Holiday Inn Munich City Centre

Aamiainen oli erittäin monipuolinen ja hyvä. Tarjoilijat huolehtivat aamiaispaikan siisteydestä ripeästi, erittäin ammattitaitoista!

Allasosastolle pitäisi saada sauna.

Aamiainen oli aivan loistava, sai todella syödä vatsansa täyteen, oli kaikkea mitä toivoa saattoi. Huoneet olivat siistejä ja mukavia. Uima-allas oli kaunis ja houkutteleva. Hotellin sijainti oli myös hyvä, sillä siitä pääsi suoraan alas metrolle. Lisävuoteen suhteen palvelu oli kiitettävää.

Tuuletus/ilmastointi vähän turhan kovalla ja suhisi koko ajan. Uima-altaan vesi oli viileähköä, mutta kyllä siihen tottui. Alakerran ravintola meni turhan aikaisin kiinni, luulisi että City Centerissä pidetään ravintolat myöhempään auki.

The position, very close to the centre and the direct connection to the S-bahn, that makes it very easy to go everywhere in the city! The huge and good breakfast. The kindness of the staff. The room and the bathroom are both very cleaned.

I think that the price is a bit to high compared to the size of the room, that could be definitely a bit bigger for the price.

Took a very long time to check out - bit un acceptable to be honest (20 mins!)

The staff especially at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The S-BAHN station we could reach under the hotel was very useful.

The hotel was very crowded , therefore at the breakfast we sometimes couldn't even find cheese to eat and had to ask for it. Some of the people of the house keeping servise were not talking German or English. It was hard to comunicate.

Great central location next to u bahn, 2 stops to marienplatz,very helpful staff will stay again ,no problems had a great time

Great location - very easy access to the S Bahn which could be reached via subway underneath hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Very spacious room.

Just 1 niggle - the pool area was being painted and a misleading sign outside advised it was closed ( I found out the 2nd time I went down that I actually could use the pool). Plus there was a private party held in the pool one evening which meant it was closed to guests. The manager handled my complaint really well.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are clean and well kept, nice pillows

Although they have a swimming pool a gym would have been nice. No negatives about this hotel.
