６泊したがSバーンへのアクセスが非常に良く、ミュンヘン市内のどこへ行くのにも便利。部屋も清潔でセキュ- リティもしっかりしていた。

電話代が非常に高かったので驚いた。 初日に１回だけ市内に通話したのだが€21.85もチャージされていた。

There is no free WiFi. The cost of internet is too expensive.

The location is perfect.

The staff behind the desk is acting on a distance, in the bar there are a lot of Russian people who are always very loud. We had ordered a junior- suite for three persons, but we could not get an extra bed on the room. Our son had to sleep on the couch, because of 'saftey reasons' the refused to place an extra bed. Pure nonsens. The room had more than space enough. The guy who brought the linnen did not speak a word of English, nor German! The breakfast is 15,- pp extra a day, which is not cheap. No Wifi on the room, you have to use a cable. Very unpractical.

There is no safe box in the room.

In a round trip of 8 hotels in europe, all booked here (booking.com), the only one that charged my credit card before arrive was this hotel. Honestly, the only reason because I choose this hotel was the tempered swimming pool due I expected to took a rest there during my stay. But I can't because the tempered swimming pool wasn't tempered at all. It was only just a little bit more than cold. I asked this to the guy that works there and he told me: "nobody swims here because it's too cold". So I had it clear that it wasn't a temporal failure, it is a company's policy. The internet in the room (wired) it's sooo expensive, I used it only 12 minutes and paid $12 eur (about us$16). I felt afraid to even touch the frigobar, it was completely wired directly to your credit card. Really, each article was attached in a automatic device with sensors that will add to your bill the price automatically only for take it from the refrigerator, even if you just want to see it. Honestly, not a customer friendly mechanism. Breakfast was really expensive, better get a nearest starbucks for half price or even less.

It is nice.

It was very surprising there was no wifi available without more costs, taking into account the price of the room. Even a discrete hostel has free wife nowadays. Also, I did not like that if you try to use the ethernet cable of the room, you have charges, and that is not written anywhere. That feels like been stolen in a way. I complained about this in a completely polite way, just said it was surprising there are wifi costs, and the staff person reacted in an unbelievable disgusting and rude way. Unacceptable. It is a pity I did not write down his name.

Clean and decently sized room. Friendly and professional staff. Will stay again

Quiet, clean and comfortable.

The room was too small, but the way from the entrance to the room was really long because of hotel size.

Very easy access to hotel, via internal shopping mall from S Bahn. Five minute walk to Deutches Museum and a little further to Munich city centre. Rooms a good size, especially the junior suites. Pleasant, large indoor swimming pool. Luggage storage facility.

Quite a wait to check in - more reception staff required at busy times.
