Holiday Inn Munich City Centre

Fantastic location, great rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Interconnecting rooms great and easy to book and great value. Pool a real plus for Kids.

The position, very close to the centre and the direct connection to the S-bahn, that makes it very easy to go everywhere in the city! The huge and good breakfast. The kindness of the staff. The room and the bathroom are both very cleaned.

I think that the price is a bit to high compared to the size of the room, that could be definitely a bit bigger for the price.

The staff especially at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The S-BAHN station we could reach under the hotel was very useful.

The hotel was very crowded , therefore at the breakfast we sometimes couldn't even find cheese to eat and had to ask for it. Some of the people of the house keeping servise were not talking German or English. It was hard to comunicate.

Great central location next to u bahn, 2 stops to marienplatz,very helpful staff will stay again ,no problems had a great time

Great location - very easy access to the S Bahn which could be reached via subway underneath hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Very spacious room.

Just 1 niggle - the pool area was being painted and a misleading sign outside advised it was closed ( I found out the 2nd time I went down that I actually could use the pool). Plus there was a private party held in the pool one evening which meant it was closed to guests. The manager handled my complaint really well.

Although they have a swimming pool a gym would have been nice. No negatives about this hotel.

Location is good, vert close to city center. The garage is right below the hotel as well as the underground station, taxies are always available in front of the hotel. Prices were reasonable taking into account high season (Oktoberfest).

Staff is unpleasant to say the least. There was no one to help us with the bags. You are pretty much left on you own.

Transportation was very easy because the S-Bahn was in the same building. The staff was also very helpful with all of our needs.

Very well situated for public transport. Rooms OK.

Their internet access policy is ridicolous. It is not fair that you as a business traveller is charged 0,30 euro per minute for having access to the internet. It should be a free service on a 4 star hotel!
