I've appreciated the great professionalism and sympathy of the staff. And above all, the comfort of the beds and the great breakfast. Easy parking, but quite far from the center There was a strange smell, like smoke smell, in ou room; I think it'is linked to the aeration. |

Good combination between being easily reachable by car with free parking, and being close to city (10..15 min by bus 51, with stop 100m away from hotel). And still have the luxury of large, comfortable rooms, for an excellent price. Breakfast is expensive (16 E). |

it was to loud from the street, the windows dont protect the sound.the same is with the bath, there is a vantilator so laud that you think in the nabor room somone takes a bath |

The Beds, However there was a humming noisy in our room and it kept me awake. Put your ear against the wall and one can hear the noise.I am working in the music world and have a very sensetive ear. |

The staff were really helpful, we arrived early and the room was ready for us anyway. The bar and waiting staff were very friendly and catered for all our requirements. Especialy the black waiter, very cheerful and went out of his way to make us happy. |

Great breakfast, nice room They tricked me into upgrade for 18 euro's telling my booked room wasn't ready yet at 01.00 p.m. Upgrade would be a mini-bar (had only 5 items inside or so) |

Ich benutzte das Hotel als Stützpunkt für Dia-Vorträge über Bergsteigen. Da ist es zweckmäßig und angenehm: leichte Erreichbarkeit, guter Strassenanschluß, gute Parkmöglichkeit, guter seriöser Service ohne Übertreibung. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet lecker, besonders der Obstsalat! Vielleicht ein bisschen die Lage (an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, relativ weit außerhalb von Aachen, landschaftlich gar nicht ansprechend). |

Les équipements sont très corrects et la propreté est irréprochable. Le personnel est très sympatique. Les matelas sont beaucoup trop mous et les chambres donnant au bord de la route sont très bruyantes (j'ai pu dormir seulement 5heures) et de plus ne possèdent pas de volets. Le petit déjeuner à 16 Euros n'est pas abordable par toutes les bourses. Enfin, les chambres ne sont libres qu'à partir de 15H ce qui exclut une arrivée en début d'après-midi |

Für unseren Zweck - nähe der Reitanlage - war die Lage sehr gut. Wir konnten unser geplantes Ziel rasch und problmelos erreichen. Wir werden wieder in diesem Hotel nächtigen. |
