The Hotel is very convenient if you are in Aachen for sports events (it is very close to Tivoli, the footbal stadium and the ice-rink) or for the Carolus Spa (5 minutes by car). The staff is very helpful and breakfast is plentiful and varied. We booked a superior double room and we were surprised to find out that it included 5 free drinks from the minibar. Not the best hotel if you want to be close to the city centre. No free wifi, although it is available for a fee.

Location was perfect for hockey rink and soccer stadium. Food options right across the street. Great price, wonderful staff and very clean. Bar area looked very nice and well kept. Service desk and bartended spoke perfect english and were VERY pleasant to talk with. High price of breakfast buffet. Beds were too firm in our opinion.

Outside the city centre but only a 10 euro taxi ride or a 3 euro direct bus ride from Aachen Hbf. Luxury and quiet with easy access to the beautiful historic city centre. Asked for a non-smoking twin bed room at the time of booking which was not available when we arrived. Settled for a smoking room which was excellent. The hotel seemed far from full so had the room smelt too badly we would have been stuck.

Nice hotel, good facillities pleasent for a one night stay Breakfast heavily overpriced at 16 euro for just a small buffet, plus the wifi for 24 hours was another 17 euro. For what is a hotel that is m,ainly for one or two night stay's for business people, wifi is essential and not to have it included in the room or at least have it at a much lower rate is poor.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient for access to the autobahn system. There were also some local shops and restaurants close to the hotel and is only some 3km from the centre of Aachen Not having the mini bar stocked or coffee making facilities in the room.

The location was not great but it was very quick and cheap to take a taxi to downtown. Room was good, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Parking was suitable for the motorcycle. I could use more tv channels in English.

It was easy to find, convenient for the traveller right off the autobahn. It had a nice restaurant and the food was good and reasonable for the evening. The breakfast buffet was very expensive and there was no alternative al acarte menu for those of us who live a cup of coffee and something small.
