Airport shuttle:
This service is available 7 days a week for a small fee. It runs between 06:30 and 22:00, on request and subject to availability.

Good hotel, very convenient if you're looking for somwhere to stay close to Tegel airport. Not very well placed if you're looking to visit the city. Swimming pool (10m only) and sauna for hotel guests which is pretty nice. |

nice, quiet location, close to Tegel airport, close to U-bahn station, moderate parking cost ( 14 EUR per day ) - quite convenient on the underground floor with direct access to upper storeys internet access is too expensive ( some 20 EUR per day ) , breakfast service might be a bit better - empty plates from time to time at the buffet |

Good access to Tegel airport with shuttle provided. Swimming pool and fitness facilities included in price Average hotel. Caters more to business clients and not holiday makers. Too far from Berlin central to be considered for tourists. |

dicht bij vliegveld en beursgebouw Zeer slecht a la carte restaurant. Bestelde biefstuk was geen biefstuk, veel te veel zout en geen groente of salade bij gerechten en toch hoge prijs. Afdeling reserveringen was helemaal niet soepel ivm een wijziging waar we om vroegen |

Zimmer, Bar, Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmerservice, Schwimmbad, Sauna Reception hat dem Restaurant erst eine viertelstunde bevor wir Termin zum Essen hatten unseren Besuch im Restaurant angekündigt, obwohl wir drei Stunden vorher angereist sind! Das war etwas schwierig, aber Koch und Servicekraft haben es trotzdem recht gut hinbekommen und das Essen war ok. |

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas älter, was man an der Möbelierung der Zimmer unschwer feststellen kann. Es ist aber entsprechend dem Standard eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. |

Das personal war kompetent und hilfsbereit. Komfort war gut, die Lage o.k. für Städtereise.Das Frühstück völlig überteuert. Frühstück zu teuer! |

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet, die Lage in Berlin-West ist optimal für eine Stadttour Der Bar-Bereich wirkt sehr steril und erinnert an eine Bahnhofshalle |

Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr zentral gelegen, also perfekt für eine Städtereise. Es war prinzipiell überall im Haus (Gang, Zimmer, Restaurantbereich) zu warm. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert glaub ich nicht richtig. |

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Empfangsdamen sehr nett und eine hervorragende Cocktailbar. Uns wurde ein Raucherzimmer zugeteilt;das Hotel war aufgrund eines Konzerts ausgebucht. |

Was mir gleich positiv aufgefallen ist, war der nette Empfang in der Tiefgarage wo es Platzprobleme gab, da das System fehlinformationen lieferte.Der MItarbeiter war sehr ruhig, nett und hat uns geholfen. Dieser Eindruck zog sich aber auch durchs ganze Haus Rezeption, Bar und die Zimmerreinigungskräfte!!! |
