The pool & Sauna opens only with limited hours in a day but the hotel description is promoted with all these facilities as hotel pacakge.

For me the location was important, and for that this hotel was indeed a good fit.

No free internet in the room. Free wifi in the room should be standard included in the offering now, specially for business hotels. Standard breakfast also very expensive with Euro 19,--. There is also an offering for 9,50 howevet that must eb decided upfront.

Their non refundable procedure for business people. This is wrong as certain business may have to be postponed due to breakdowns of equipment as in my case on the last trip when I had to Pay 6 nights even though I had to cancel 3 days. I will not stay there again unless I am really desperate for a hotel. I have informed Siemens and they are relocating their corporate clients to elsewhere when they visit Berlin. I also did not like their exorbitant Wi-Fi costs, where it is now free in 99% of hotels in Germany.

Underground parking too small - when arrive late you have to leave your car outside hotel on street. Because of wandalism some small parts of our car were stolen. Room small. Basic equipment. Breakfeast medium level.

Instead of promised king size bed the hotel provided single bed.

I really love the indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities which ease my tireness efficietly. Staff is nice and helpful. It's 10 minutes drive from hotel to Tegel airport--which is very convinient

They charge you almost 10 Euro for 6 hours wifi.

Beautiful hotel with excellent endowments. Great, great value for money. Management system to measure customer satisfaction.

No Internet acces included in the room fee. Personnel confused about this: one told us how to use it free of charge in the room yet it didn't work whereas it turned out actually we have had to pay some extra outrageous fee for WiFi in the room.

I chose the hotel due to its location. However, the number of the shuttle bus of the hotel was not enough to take the customers to the airport. My flight is 8.50, and the bus during 6 to 7.45 were all full!! Finally, I went to the u line myself and took the 109 to the airport.

Was a beautiful hotel. the food was really good, the facilities were perfect for our needs. The main focus in the hotel is business but we didn't feel out of place.

Second time i'd stayed here, the first time was brilliant but the second time not as good as before. Hotel receptionist advised my trip was pre-paid when i checked in (which was correct)....yet when i check out i get charged over 100 euro (almost 80 pounds, 15 more than i initially agreed to!) - No helpful advice other than the payment "wasn't claimed" and was very disatisfied with the service shown. About 15-20 Israel soldiers appeared in the lobby early afternoon and for the duraiton of the day/night i was -NOT- at ease. No issues with their religion, nor was i intimidated, but that was not such a welcoming/relaxing situation nor was the fact we were being observed simply for walking around the hotel. Again no apology. Litter in my room which was left un-cleaned...very lazy and poor...otherwise it was a good room. Lastly...the shuttle bus to Tegel costs 4 Euro per person which i agreed with when i booked. On the morning before i left the shuttle bus driver was very impatient as my girlfriend had issues in the room. Continously reminded us of the 4 euro charge...not nice at all.

Das Hotel war sauber und man haette wohl so einiges im Rahmen des Roomservice nutzen koennen. Habe ich zwar nicht genutzt, aber die Moeglichkeit fand ich gut.

Ich war auf einer Tagung (DIIR) und habe leider erst auf der Tagung erfahren, dass es fuer die Teilnehmer spezielle Preise (194Euro) gab. Als ich das ansprach bei der Bezahlung, war es dafuer zu spaet und man verlangte den urspruenglichen Preis (221Euro). Das finde ich wenig kundenfreundlich. Als Grund nannte man mir das Buchungsssystem. Ich denke, dass man da durchaus in der Lage gewesen waere im Sinne des Kunden zu entscheiden, aber da gab es scheinbar kein Interesse.

Schlechter unfreundlicher Service, sehr teures Frühstück, schlechte Betten (man spürt jeder Metallfeder)

Esta ubicado muy cerca del Aeropuerto de Tegel y el Hotel cuenta con servicio de transporte para recogerte y llevarte. No es muy nuevo pero esta bien cuidado, la habitacion es agradable y te dejan te y cafe y jarra de agua para que prepares bebidas calientes sin costo. Aunque no tiene wifi gratis, tiene una sala con dos computadores e internet donde puedes ingresar sin costo.

Esta un poco lejos del centro de ciudad y de las visitas turisticas, sin embargo tiene muy cerca una estacion de metro y en Berlin es muy facil moverse asi que no es un inconveniente significativo. El baño es limpio pero no te dejan elementos de aseo como en cualquier hotel de esta categoria, escasamente las toallas. Las personas que atienden en el Lobby no son muy amigables, no sonrien y cada vez que pides algo hacen mala cara.
