Budget-friendly At the restaurant,I didn't like the pizza! I wish to see a 'ventilator' in the bathroom.i don't like room service people open my door while I'm in.has been repeated more than one time.even their head came in while am in bed to ask me'if the room has been cleaned'.never happened to me before in any other hotel either in 4 or in 5 star hotel.!!

The location was ideal for us. Will were visiting family that live locally. The evening staff in the restaurant could not have been more helpful . They were cheerful and friendly on each of the occassions we ate at the hotel. We were told that the restaurant was open for breakfast each day until 10 am. We went down one morning just after 9 am. There was hardly any cooked food left. Told the staff and we sat there until 9.45am and still none had arrived. We were not the only ones to ask for some. Also the final bill does not make the pricing clear.

Location: very close to Gesundbrunnen S-bahn and U-bahn. Rooms, staff, breakfast service all good. Very poor wifi. Over the 4 days I was there I only once found a "good" signal, and that only for about an hour at 4am The rest of the time, at all times of the 24 hour day cycle, my netbook computer rated the signal "very low", and emails took a long time to load and be sent. When I raised this with one of the staff he said it was because the hotel was full with guests. Even my little Paris hotel with rooms at half the price of the Holiday Inn Mitte managed to provide a "very good" wifi service 24/7.

Very handy for train station at Berlin-Gesundbrunnen, about 5 minutes walk. Room was fine. Did not partake of breakfast as it was rather overpriced.

Chambre confortable Il s'agissait d'un cadeau smartbox par erreur la serveuse ne nous a pas proposé le menu correspondant ,et après discussion le chef de salle nous a fait regler un supplement de quelques euros ,pas très commercial!

Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, S-Bahn/U-Bahn Sation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gemütliche Zimmer. Die Lüftung im Bad läuft ständig, was Nachts sehr störend wirkt. Dazu kommt noch der Verkehrslärm von der Straße, Bahnverkehr. Die Frühstückspreise sind zu hoch.

Netter Empfang und unkompliziertes einchecken das Personal war mehr als hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichlich aber für unseren Geschmack doch etwas zu teuer.

Próximo a um shopping. Os quartos são muito mal distribuídos e de difícil acesso, sendo necessário usar elevadores e escadas no mesmo caminho para cada quarto, passando por diversas portas. Com malas, fica muito difícil.

Przestronny pokój, czysta łazienka, śniadanie na dobrym poziomie, dobra obsługa, bliskość do S-bahnu I metra. Stary tv w pokoju, wolna winda, trochę hałas przy otwartym oknie, mogłoby być taniej.

Dat er geen airco op de kamer was! Dat was een groot gemis want die dagen was het 30 graden. Tijdens het slapen de ramen open laten was geen optie omdat het hotel bij het metrostation Gesundbrunnen ligt en je continue de metro en de trein langs hoorde gaan. Daarnaast ook last van autoverkeer. Dus dan maar de ramen dicht en het was dan ook veel te warm op de kamer om normaal te kunnen slapen. Verder was het een doolhof van gangen en deuren vanuit de parkeergarage van het hotel om naar je kamer te kunnen gaan. Parkeren kost 12 euro per dag

Da wir uns wegen einer Zugverbindung nur von 21:00 bis 04:00 Uhr im Hotel aufhielten, um zu schlafen, können nur wenige Angaben gemacht werden. Statt des Frühstücks erhielten wir problemlos ein sehr gutes Lunchpaket. - keine Klimaanlage - keine Schallschutzfenster - Reste von Nüssen unter den Betten - keine 4 Sterne

Se promociona como Berlin Mitte, pero está en el límite del centro; en Gersund Brunnen. Por lo tanto, para movilizarse hacia cualquier sector de la ciudad se debe usar el metro. El personal, correcto pero distante no muy colaborador.-

Die Zimmer waren angenehm groß und die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend, ansprechend aufgebaut - es fehlte an nichts. Die Qualität war perfekt und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Es war in Berlin an dem Wochenende sehr warm. Die Zimmer waren sehr schlecht belüftet. Die Fenster konnten nur auf Kipp gestellt werden. Im Badezimmer gab es gar keine Belüftung. Duschen und Haare fönen war mehr als eine Qual. Darüber habe ich mich sehr geärgert und würde auf Grund dieser Tatsache nicht mehr im Holiday Inn Berlin Mitte übernachten. Ich erwarte eigentlich von eine 4 Sterne - Hotel mindestens eine Klimaanlage.
