The room was great, the location was good too, close to the airport. Its really convenient when you have to catch an early morning flight. When I book throught booking.com I have requested a twin bedded room and ask whether they can advise me how i can reach the hotel from Berlin city. No one gave me this answer. First i got double bed room when i check in, so i need to go all the way downstairs to get another key for a twin bedded room. So I do not know which company i have to blaim, its either booking.com or holiday inn. Probably the hotel did not get the message from booking.com. In addition, the mini gym could be more improved, better machines, but its not really important. |

Not far from the airport. Good price. Shatle bus to the airport Money from credit card had been canceled twice - 100 euro were not blocked but written off and the next day were written off the money for accommodation 98 Euros. |

Very convenient for travelling from Airport. Shuttle service was also good, meeting at railway station and bringin to airport from hotel. The evening meal (special - breast of chicken) was not cooked fully - chicken was raw in the middle and if not noticed in time one could have got food poisioning. |

Really professional, comfortable hotel, with super facilities. Pleasant staff, and ideal place to stay pre or post flights. Free shuttle bus to take you to and from the airport. |

Good value for money, rooms clean and comfortable, relatively quiet for the close proximity to the airport, parking possible on streets close to hotel, you don´t have to pay 15Euros for the garage |

Very impressed, and pleasantly surprised. I thought this would be a basic hotel near an airport. However, room decor is nice; there is ample space for work, and even a sofa in the corner. There are some leisure facilities, minibar; staff are extremely helpful and very efficient. Courtesy shuttle goes to the Schonefeld train station and to the airport for free every 20 min. Not a big fan of separate toilet/bathroom; doesn't make sense for a business hotel like this. As you can see, there is no case for anything more negative than this! |

I was surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room was also of a very good standard. I have stayed at mmany hotels and this I kmust say ranks high Breakfast was not of the highest standard especially the warm food. |
