Le confort de la chambre

Le chemin pour trouver l'hôtel est mal indiqué, nous avons cherché pendant une heure. Aucune personne à l'accueil ne parlait français.

L'hôtel est situé à côté de l'aéroport de FRA et on bénéficie d'un service shuttle qui est bien pratique. Les chambres sont confortables et l’accueil est excellent.

Very small rooms, small tubelight tv, unfriendly staff, waiters came in while I was sleeping to check the room, very expensive

Nothing, and I never ever will try that hotel again. The room itself was disaster ( every thing was old and broken and the design of furnitur look like a 2 stars hotel) and for return to the airport, the driver waesting our time by just keeping counting the number of people because their car was small and the total number of passengers were above the capacity of the car.

The charges are higher than the service they provide beside the rooms are two small plugs under the pillow. Ordered breakfast for two they brought one although we have paid for it, bottle of water cost 11.00 euros.

Mini bar was empty even though I was given a free drink voucher in the mini bar. The room was not ready for living in because many facilities are missing still, while my colleague in another room has everything in place. I didn't even get a glass, not a water bottle.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Airport North. The first time by just booking a place close to the airport with a shuttle bus and the second by choice obviously. Isn't that the best recommendation. I appreciate the location. cleaniness, quiet and comfort.

Perhaps a coffee and pretzel in the lobby for the people using the 5 o'clock shuttle as the dining room is not yet open. A bit of complimentary consideration for the early morning travellers.

We only spent one night because we were flying out the next day. It was very close to the airport and very clean and comfortable.

The airport shuttle driver did not know the airport very well because he left us off at the wrong terminal and we had a very long walk.

Listen, when i book the hotel says !!! internet free !!! (on this site) Cost 7 Euro per Hour; so on my Business trip i end Up to go to a MacDonald to have Internet (room 322) For Christ sake ... can we find a decent hotel that don't cheat us ... The TV on the room 320 ... exp-load 3 days before ... my coworker stay there for 3 Nights .. no TV !!! for 3 Nights ... no Internet !!!

Cold, hostile, unfriendly desk staff. We booked well in advance, however,we were put in a room directly next to the elevator, where the noise from the motors totally disrupted our sleep --even with earplugs. The ac was not available as advertised. Of course, it was close to the airport - that's why we chose it for our night before the flight home, and we had to open the window as the room was hot! Checking out was just as hostile as checking in and we were not provided with a receipt, nor an explanation as to why we were not given a receipt.

I needed a hotel that had a shuttle from the airport and back. Airport North provided that. However, when I stayed there in Nov. It took the shuttle 1hour and 15 to pick me up and it was cold. This time it was about 20 to 25 minutes, a great improvement. The hotel was clean, friendly and pleasant.

Das Personal war freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Frühstück war OK.

Ich kann eine realistische Beurteilung abgeben, weil 1-2 mal pro Monat in 4-Sterne Hotels in ganz Deutschland unterwegs bin. Das Hotel hat niemals 4-Sterne Standart sondern maximal 3-Sterne. Das Zimmer war muffig und die Klimaanlage hat den Namen nicht ver- dient. Bodenfließen im Bad gerissen und gesplittert.
