The room itself was nice. Even though we booked the room at the Holiday Inn, we actually were put into a room at an annexed building, with signs for a Bridge Inn. From the reception of the Main building we had to walk about 10 mins to our room... a bit of a hike. We were woekn up at 8.45am on Sunday by a cleaning person, who just walked in the room to clean it.. We were still asleep, not so pleasant. |

The location and convenience is good. The facilities were fine and the feel of the hotel in general was excellent The corners of the bath were rusty, which is off-putting. The time it took from the time i left the room with the request to make the room up to the time it was actually made up was shockingly slow. Needed to work from the room but had to wait 3 hours from the time i left in the morning, to when it was done is not acceptable. No free wi-fi |

comfortable beds it was in the middle of an industrial area. The lifts were very slow. The selection of free soft drinks from the mini-bar was very poor. Reception staff advised us it was a 30 min bus journey into the city centre but we found out after it was only a 5 min drive. The restaurant was completely empty. |

I was completely disapointed by this hotel not least of which because of the rather difficult journey through the complex to reach my room - elevator to the 2nd floor a walk along corridors, negotiating stairs to a second elevator to the floor where my room was located. The room was drab, carpets filthy and clearly in need of updating. |

(executive room) Nice room, excellent shower, nice vieuw, very comfortable beds.Pool (open all day) and sauna. Excellent breakfast (though expensive for a small eater.) Smoking room downstairs. Much noise with open window. Food from the dinner-buffet was not worth the price. Expensive parking. |

清掃が完璧で清掃係も礼儀正しく部屋も適度なスペースがある。 道路に面した２階の部屋を利用したので窓を閉めていても夜中まで車の往来が耳障り。ワーキングデスク無し、- コーヒー・紅茶メーカー無し、バスルームの湯が温く髭剃りには不適。上階の部屋ではこれらの問題は解消され- ます。 |

Das Frühstück und das Essen war sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Keine Reduktion des Zimmerpreises bei Einzelnutzung. |

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, gepflegte Zimmer und Badezimmer, interessant ist die Möglichkeit, Appartements gleich nebenan zu mieten, super Frühstückbuffet. Nächste S-Bahnstation zu weit weg. |

Intressant marin stad Varför fick man inte ett rum I norrläge med utsikt över Hamburgs hamn då det knappast fanns några gäster denna söndagskväll på hotellet? Detta hade gjort vistelsen mycket trevligare. |

ruhige Lage abseits der Innenstadt, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, nur 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Linienbus, freundlicher Empfang, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Pool, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. für den täglichen Andrang in Stosszeiten zu kleiner Frühstücksraum so dass man in Konferenzräume ausweichen muss. Zimmerservice am Sonntag erst nach 15:00! Kein Doppelbett im Familienzimmer. |

Die Betten waren gemütlich und bei Bedarf konnte man sogar unter verschiedenen Kissenstärken wählen. Das Hotel haben wir ausgesucht weil wir Sicht auf den Hafen haben wollten. Dies war nicht möglich, weil es trotz der Höhe keine Möglichkeit einer Aussichtsplattform gab. Leider lag unser Zimmer gleich neben dem Treppenaufgang mit einer zuknallenden Tür, so dass wir immer mitbekamen, wann jemand den Aufgang benutzte. Und dies bei jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. |

Das Hotelzimmer hatte bis auf das "falsche"Bett eine super Einrichtung(deshal auch nur gut)Der Kaffe zum selbstaufprühen, der kostenlos zur Verfügung stand, hat uns sehr gefreut. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel an ich eine übernachtung wert. Aber: Das Doppelzimmer war ein Twinzimmer also mit zwei Einzelbetten bestückt..für uns als Paar also vollkommen fehlangebracht.Der Hotelmitarbeiter sagte zu der Frage woran man dies hätte erkennen können blos hönisch, es hätte ja nicht ausdrücklich Doppelbett da gestanden. Ausserdem hat das Hotel nicht wie ausdrücklich auf der Seite ausgeschrieben die Möglichkeit einer Barbezahlung eingeräumt, sonder genau entgegengesetzt der Angaben den Betrag von der angegebenen Kreditkarte eingezogen. Auf Nachfrage erwiederte das Personal dass das bei diesen Angeboten immer so sei, er habe auch schon vorgeschlagen die Angabe bei booking.com ändern zu lassen, das sei aber so.Alles in Allem ein sehr unbefreidigendes Gespräch,besonders wegen dem Tonfall |

Empfang, Sauberkeit, Blick über hamburg Minibar im Preis enthalten, aber begrenzte Auswahl, Heißgetränke am zweiten Tag nicht aufgefüllt; Frühstück, nicht im Preis enthalten, 17 Euro zusätzlich für ein normales Frühstücksbuffet ein wenig ärgerlich (Executive-Frühstück wurde unterstellt, evtl. wäre ein normales günstiger gewesen? keine Wahlmöglichkeit gegeben) |

Gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Sehr gutes Früstücksbuffet. Sehr schöner Wellness-Bereich. Alte Zimmer, undichte Fenster, sehr (!) laute Zimmer an der Straßenseite. |

Preis-Leistung war okay. Das Hotel wirkt in einigen Bereichen abgewohnt, Teppiche im Flur sind schmutzig und mit grossen Flecken übersät. Die Aufteilung des Hotels ist sehr irritierend. Was uns sehr geärgert hat war eine Angestellte die auf die Frage warum man Gästen nicht sagt das man am Parkautomat nur mit Münzen zahlen kann erwidert hatte das Sie ihn da ja nicht aufgestellt hätte... Sowas geht gar nicht! Im ganzen bin ich von versch. Hi Aufenthalten besseres gewohnt. |
