Luxurious and imressive hotel, nice room view, cleanliness, excellent staff, swimming pool, nice bar opened till late at night. Quite hot room without a/c, couldn't open windows due to noise. Car or taxi needed to reach the center.Breakfast not included. |

It was difficult to locate the room as there were no directions anywhere and we had to walk through many corridors to find it. Parking was behind the hotel and it was not easy to find - no signs anywhere. |

the view outside the hotel 1 - The helpnessness/indifferent attitude in matters of the hotel staff standing at reception in most of the issues ; 2- Being a 4-star hotel, the internet facility should be complimetary ; 3- i have stayed at holiday Inn Hamburg now for around 6 months in different periods but i have not seen any one sitting at the piano desk and playing some music,its always on the recording ; 4 - bar is small |
