The hotel was convenient as an overnight stop with easy access to and from the autobahn and the airport. It is within walking distance of some shopping and dining at an interesting pub. Two years ago we stayed at this hotel and at that time we were given a larger room than the one we had this time. The room we had this year was somewhat smaller so we felt cramped. |

The location is ok. The windows are not closing well and are not at all fonically isolated. Is a little cold in the room. The room is old fashioned with a bar made like a kitsch temple... Ugly! |

The bed was comfortable. Very noisy on the main road. It also took ages to check out, the poor receptionist was clearly struggling with a very slow web based system. |

Außer der Beschwerde alles Ok Ich fand es nicht so toll, das am Abreisetag um 9:00 Uhr schon jemand kam, der das Zimmer reinigen wollte.Wir kamen uns etwas rausgeschmissen vor. |

Die gute Lage zur Color Line Arena und zum Tierpark. Hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Das personal war auch freundlich. Für eine Nacht war es okay, aber von Sternen zur Zeit nicht zu reden. Ausstattung : Mini-Fahrstuhl, enger Frühstücksraum, Im gesamten Hotel fehlten die Teppichleisten, im Zimmer standen zwei Stühle ( bei einem wackelte die Armlehne ) Die Tür zum Bad gehört dringend überarbeitet ( im unteren Drittel Farbe abgeplatzt ) Das ganze Hotel wirkte, als würde es sich gerade im Umbau befinden. |

Es liegt sehr nahe an den Arenen, das ist toll. Man kann sie gut mit den Öffis erreichen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer 6-spurigen Hauptstraße. Es ist sehr laut, wenn man nachts mit offenem Fenster schläft. |

Feundlicher Empfang! Eine bessere Beschreibung wie man den Zimmerschlüssel eingibt wäre sehr hilfreich. Der Wasserboiler im Zimmer zeigte wohle eine elektr. Verbindung an aber das Wasser wurde nicht warm!!! |

Die zentrale Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Der Volkspark und der Zoo Hagenbeck sind auch zu Fuss bequem zu erreichen. Sehr hellhörig / laut, Der Frühstücks-Raum hat keinen Flair, ist sehr beengt und unruhig, was schon am Morgen stressig ist. Das Zimmer war sauber aber sehr zugig vom Fenster her. Für eine Nacht ist es ok, aber alles in allem sind vier Sterne zu viel. |

Sehr nettes Personal, die Snacks in der Bar sind sehr zu empfehlen. Alle wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Viele kleine Details. Fehlende Lampen, schlecht ablaufendes Wasser, angegammelte Silkondichtungen in der Dusche. Die Matratzen sind grenzwertig. Zwei Einzelbetten sind auf jeden Fall vorzuziehen. |

Das Hotel ist für Fussballreisen nach Hamburg sehr gut gelegen. Leider ist der Preis für ein Frühstück viel zu teuer. Der Lift ist sehr schmal und auch sehr langsam, d.h. für übergewichtige Menschen bleibt nur die Treppe. |

Die großen Betten, die Sauberkeit, das frühstück war sehr gut. Das Duschzeug war leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt, trotz Bitte. Kein Shampoon vorhanden. Es wurde bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass die Sauna nicht in betrieb ist. Der Parkplatz ist zu teuer und sollte zum Service gehören!! |
