The service was perfect! The staff were so kind and willing. The hotel has a small but perfect swimming pool & nice sauna perfect for a short relaxtion. The room was clean and with big bad The breakfast was very good and with a wide selection And the Loctaion is wonderfull - just infront of the train station and 5 minutes from the old city.

Location was very good. 1. The hotel room view was too bad. they refused to change at the hotel. 2.There were no slippers or rope in their Executive room as in booking description. 3.I wan't to have dinner one night and the hotel has the one available dinning restaurant fully booked for customers from outside the hotel and actually I was very hungry and it was late also. 4. The menu at the breakfast was very poor. 5. All the channels on TV were in german not a single channel in English and any channel for sport or adult stuff was a pay TV channel for 13.5 Euro per day !!!! 6.No available programs for tourists.

The staff was very friendly and willing to speak in both German and English with me (once my knowledge of German had run out!). The room was larger than I anticipated for the price of the stay. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast buffet, cleanliness of rooms Rooms are outdated, English tv options were limited. Having entertainment channels in English would be helpful for foreign guests. Tempature control in the rooms was difficult. When I opened the window for fresh air I got smoke and noise.

This hotel is in a great location if you arrive by train as we did. It is close to shopping & the river. The breakfast was the best we experienced on our whole trip. Spacious room. Would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Staff were very friendly, hotel very clean. We were disappointed that although the hotel has a restaurant it was closed for the two days of our visit as not enough guests had reserved tables. We were given vouchers to a local restaurent which meant a twenty minute walk in the rain, there and back. We do not think a restaurent should be offered and then closed because it was not worth their while.

Appreciated the staff's attentiveness. My husband was I'll for a couple of days and the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Connectivity although advertised was a daily issue. Once alerted the hotel staff was willing to reboot their network so we had accessibility but it was a bit of a hassle.

Locality is really6 excellent Swimming pool shower area tiles show fungi. Die Duschzelle im Badbereich zeigt Befall von Mikroorganismen Ansonsten gut ausgelegt; die angegebenen Saunazeiten sollten prinzipiell eingehalten werden, nicht nur auf Anfrage!
