the service and friendliness of staff, the room, the facilities, the breakfast and the assistance when I left 3 shirts in the room. Proximity to railway station. if I'm thinking of the right hotel (I've stayed in at at least a dozen recently) the TV controls are frustrating, and I couldn't find a simple set of instructions to help. The TV started in text mode ( I discovered after quite a while) and it was necessary to press a tiny button on the remote to get to the TV channels. thiks tooka long time to figure out and must confuse a lot of people ( or is ti just me?) |

Price, location by the train station (but quiet), convenient to the old town and the two main rivers, dining room overlooking the Danube. |

Good location, clean and very comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The place is hard to find, especially if you come by car. There is no name of the hotel on the building so you don't know where it is untill you are in front of the entrance. The soundproofing is poor so I heard some youngsters shouting on the street all night long. |

The staff was very cordial and flexible. An arconditioning in the rooms would be nice, because in the Summer the city is very humid and hot. |

Just a normal regular hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. It doesn't deserve 4 stars to me, i have been in cheaper hotels that were much better, with a cleaner room and more helpful staff... The staff was distant, not very helpful; it is a grey and businesslike hotel... |

Before anything else hotel staff was very nice and helpful in providing information about city. The hotel itself is in a convenient place, close to main attractions in Passau. Breakfast was delicious. It was my first and only night in Germany, so I am not sure if this country standard or ibb Hotel Passau specific, but anyway it was very good. I enjoyed my stay there very much and would recommend it to anybody looking for a place for short stay in Passau. |

Good value, good size room, pleasant staff, nice but smallish clean and spotless pool and sauna room. good plentiful breakfast. Free internet. Close to station and town centre in easy walking distance. car parking arrangements were a disaster - and reception not helpful. To get a hotel discount you were told to speak to the car park attendant who wasnt always there over a intercom! completely unable to communicate properly even in german. tip - Ask where to park thats free! |

A superb city centre hotel yet near to the motorway, the railway station (opposite hotel) and the boat trips on the River Danube. An excellent buffet breakfast included in the price made the IBB Hotel Passau very good value for money. |

Location was great everything within walking distance The room I had a bad smell and had to leave the window open to air it out and of course that made it noisy |

I had an executive room at a discount price. Great room: huge, 2 working desks, 2 king size beds. Small tv set. It's worth staying there. Pre-instructions for finding the underground garage would help. |

It is a good hotel, well located and comfortable near to all Passau´s attractions, so far it worths the value. To foreigners as was our case, the cable TV does not give you many options in English only CNN. |

I never come back this hotel. No English speaker at reception. No credit card accepted. I had to go to back to get cash to pay to check out. This is the worst 4 star hotel I stayed ever. |

Reception badly manned, often nobody there. Some rooms are also very far from the lift for the elderly. |

General standards appear to have dropped since take-over from Holiday Inn. Noticeable reduction in staffing level. |

Set on the banks of the River Danube, this 4-star hotel in the 3-river city of Passau is a 3-minute walk from the Dom St. Stephan cathedral and Residenzplatz square. |
Set on the beautiful banks of the River Danube, this 4-star hotel is situated close to Passau’s pedestrian area and main historic sights. |
In the city centre of Passau, directly at the right bank of the river Danube, there resides our bed and breakfast house in a silent location. |
