IBB Hotel Passau    

All staff helpful and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean.

The pool. Breakfast was very good. Altogether very good value.

The air conditioning in our room did not work properly but this may not be typical.

For us being near the main railway station is very important and this hotel is rare in that location. All others seem to be in the altstadt which with luggage isn't easy. A synthetic pillow was available which for my wife was a big bonus.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room and the room was a little tired but overall no major complaints.

The place was quite empty And my room was located very far away from elevator for no reason at all.

Too much noise from the parking and the station. You need more insulate the windows.

Liked the location of the hotel, directly across from the train station and 100 metres from te town centre. Good leisure facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location; good breakfast; clean room

The hotel was a wonderful one. It is situated in the main central street of Passau. It is ideally located for a city visit and the facilities are all perfect. The breakfast was very rich and the stuff - friendly.

Best breakfast buffet I have had in the last three years -- plenty of options and a lot of creativity. I also liked the larger room.

Not a pleasant exterior -- it took me aback at first.

Directions not all that clear to find hotel, parking is multi-storey linked to hotel via lift and short walk. Having to pay for Internet access in your room not good for this standard of hotel.

I would recommend it to my family.

The friendly staff

Very friendly staff, excellent service, great location

The reception was not etotally organized and or friendly, surprised that I would want to check in early and leave my bag (I didnt expect the room to be ready just to laeve my stuff before going to my conference), they were a tiny bit abrupt, things worked out, but I think the front desk was the only issue that could be improved on

This hotel is right opposite Passau railway station which is excellent if you are coming to do the donauradweg as the bike hire shop is also in the railway station. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel which can be used for free and is a lovely way to relax and cool down after a days cycling.

Very comfortable, nice, clean, unusual big room. Located in the centrum, just opposite the railway station. No problem with parking. Can recommend to the others.

Very good location just next to the Station and Also close to the heart ohf historic centre of Passau. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Wi-Fi in the public area.

Good location

The staff were most helpful and sincere. They tried their best to solve any problems. My room was large and well appointed with furniture and all necessary facilities. The breakfast was excellent and the area was large with an excellent view of the river. The location of the hotel is very central with easy access to all areas of the town.

Excellent hotel with a great breakfast

Trotz der Umweltkatastrophe hat sich das Personal alle Mühe gegeben die Gäste zu bedienen. Der Lift ging nicht und trotzdem, dass bei unserem Einchecken gerade Wäsche ankam, halfen uns die Angestellten die Koffer in die 2. Etage zu tragen.

Wir mögen keine gummierten Matrazenschoner,

Der Pool war schön und wir haben ihn gerne genutzt. Zentrale Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft.

Kleine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer für über 2 Euro. Das geht auch anders. Reinigungskräfte sind wohl etwas übereifrig und wollten bei uns gegen 8 Uhr morgens loslegen. Nachdem wir auf Klopfzeichen abgelehnt hatten- wurde die Tür einfach geöffnet. Dies ist ja wohl nicht ok.

Kein Restaurant, welches täglich geöffnet ist und auch ein Angebot an Speisen bereit-hält. Bar absolut unbefriedigend!!

Lage und größe des Zimmers. Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich

Minnbar war nicht aufgefüllt. Lüfter im Bad war defekt. Am Frühstücksbuffet keine Vollkornsemmeln, erst auf Nachfrage.
