The location was good, 2 mins walking distance from hotel to main train station.

There's quite a few things we did not like about the hotel. As we checked in to the hotel we found out the AC was not working, we reported this to the staff, she said she was alone and there was no staff on duty to help her and to wait till her colleague comes. We called again after half and hour and the reply was same. (also note this was our 7th wedding anniversary which was clearly mentioned in our booking). We went out for a couple of hours hoping they would sort the issue by then, but when we came back the issue was not resolved, we were suprised that the reception staff had come with a ladder to fix the ac who had no idea what she was doing. When we asked for her manager she said there was no manager on duty that day since it was a weekend, this was shocking to us specially since this is a known International hotel. We then had a senior staff come to check the situation who was extremly rude and mentioned that there was an assistant manager on duty, this did not match with what the trainee said. When we asked the staff to change our room, they said the hotel was fully booked and was experiencing the same AC issue as us, where as when we had the assistant manager come and visit us since we escalated the issue, she offered to upgrade our room (Which was shocking as the staff had mentioned the hotel was fully booked, which was a lie) and knew what she was doing unlike the other staff. The only reason we decided to spend the night in the hotel was due to the assistant manager who made sure we were taken card of by an upgrade which happend @ 7pm. We just hope that any of you booking this hotel does not have to experience this situation we had faced, it was disappointing since it was our anniversary where we expected a better customer service more from them. Also note when we asked the staff for near by tram stations, she had no idea what a tram was?? shocking.. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously and ensure their staffs are trained well.

Rooms spacious, good sized beds. Bathroom spotless - very clean. Reception v helpful and courteous. All staff friendly and polite.

Fruit selection poor and not replenished when empty, eggs overdone, bacon too greasy, v nice selections of breads though.

When I came to Moscow I found in invoice were included 2 breakfast. But in fact I used only one on Wenesday, 8th of Dec.

Das Frühstück war nicht mehr abzubestellen aber uns wurde ein Lunch-Paket bereitgestellt. Für unsere 38 Euro erhielten wir 2 Brötchen und eine capri-sonne. Eine absolute Frechheit

Prima hotel, we komen er vaker. Keurig, netjes, aardig personeel. Diner is niet het sterkste punt. Niet slecht, maar wat gewoontjes. Locatie is uitstekend, licht minder dan 5 min. lopen van station, binnen 10 min. ben je met de metro in de Altstad. Indien de parkeergarage van het hotel vol is (en dat is ie vaak), kan je parkeren in de parkeergarage van het station. Op kosten van het hotel. Je parkeerkaart bij uitchecken in het hotel even afgeven en klaar is Kees

Дружественный персонал, великолепный завтрак. Близко от вокзала, но очень тихо. Рекомендую отель всем, а также буду останавливаться в нем,кодга буду в Дюссельдорфе.

На мой взгляд, отель без недостатков.
