I liked its location and the view from my window. My double room was really big and clean. I didn't like that the single room that I had booked for my friend, it was too small. I didn't like the fact that they wanted to charge me for 2 days parking though we stayed only one, the tv was too small. I don't think that the 4 star category apply. |

Centrally located, high quality hotel with friendly and efficient service. Hotel car park is difficult to find due to the town's one-way system and it's position behind the hotel. |

The staff was helpful; the location was convenient - almost in the heart in the city. There was some kind od mould in the shower. The bathroom was not spacy enough. |

立地は大変良く、宿泊したシングルの部屋は天井も高く、室内の内装（カーテンや家具など）も趣味の良く、心- 地よく過ごせた。Sophien Strasseに面していたが、雪が降ったりしていたので車の騒音は気にならなかった。フロントとBrea- kfast Room の係員達の接客態度も良かった。 |

Bien situé entre Caracalla, le centre de la ville et la casino, l'hôtel est propre, convenable au niveau des équipements et de l'accueil. Le personnel ne parle pas français uniquement allemend et anglais alors que beaucoup de français viennent à Baden Baden. |

Lage mitten in Baden-Baden in unmittelbarer Nähe von Kurhaus, Kasino, Museen und Bädern, trotzdem sehr ruhig und Blick ins Grüne in den hoteleigenen kleinen Park. Leider wurde der Aufzug in dieser Woche umgebaut und war außer Betrieb. |
