Centrally located, high quality hotel with friendly and efficient service. Hotel car park is difficult to find due to the town's one-way system and it's position behind the hotel. |

The staff was helpful; the location was convenient - almost in the heart in the city. There was some kind od mould in the shower. The bathroom was not spacy enough. |

Son coté rétro, mais très confortable. Son petit resto typique pour déguster les tartes flambées et un superbe petit déjeuner dans une belle salle ou en terrasse selon le temps. Bien situé entre les thermes le centre ville et les parcs. Attention, malgré sa situation à moins de 25 kms de la France le personnel parle pas ou peu le Français.mais est très courtois. |

Su situación Falta absoluta de limpieza en la habitación, moquetra sucia, baño con la puerta y el suelo con manchas, inaceptable de todo punto de vista. No hice reclamación por falta de tiempo, pero en otras circunstacias lo habría hecho |

Heel centraal gelegen, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Ruime kamer, mooi ontbijtbuffet (met bubbels op zondag). Badkamer mocht iets ruimer. Lawaai aan de straatkant is vaak storend. Restaurant is niet echt gastronomisch te noemen... |

Von außen vermutet man gar nicht, dass sich dahinter ein so schönes, großzügies gebautes Hotel befindet - und dass es vor allem in einem wunderbaren Park mit Erholunsgmöglichkeiten liegt. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal! |
