At árhoz képest és a 4 csillaghoz képest sem a szoba / fürdőszoba méretét sem a berendezését nem éreztem arányosnak. A TV ( amit alig néztünk ) viszont csúcsminőségű volt.

This would have to be considered as one of the top hotels to stay at in Berlin. The staff were excellent. Location perfect. Rooms very modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast - could not ask for better. I would certainly stay there again. Highly recommended.

Internet was an extra - in 2013 when just about everyone has a mobile telephone and/or computer - internet is a must have and should be included.

room size was comfortable, friendliness of staff, clean, small fitness room available, relatively quiet (for Berlin - busy city), bathtub (not just shower), ice machine useful, ironing board in a room helpful, internet access free in the lobby, fine breakfast and large breakfast room, nice collection of movie posters on communal walls which was fun. (We didn't use it, but they put a coffee machine out in the lobby that appeared to be free for guests on the go, nice touch.) Not romantic or glamorous but solid.

like to see free wifi in the room, not just the lobby (you're jet lagged, wake up at 3:00 am you aren't in the mood to go to lobby, and turning tv on is not good for other guests), mattress could have been better (sunk a bit in the middle, not the worst I've ever had by a long shot). Pillows also could have been a bit newer.

Location.. Location...Location.. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic- excellent way to start the day - servers were fantastic-1 young man in particular - very hospitable !! Massage was excellent!! Front desk staff were excellent in rectifying a problem after ordering a pizza from capones for room delivery /waiter arrived but wouldn't accept room charge or credit card - stated cash only..little frustrating but handled excellent by all even the pizza delivery guy.

Internet code was provided free if you sit in the lobby for wireless- service..However if in the privacy of your guest room - to receive a wifi code- you pay 9euros for 10hr..It's not the price, but the principal! After a long day of sight seeing - and a great massage as a Paying guest I would like to relax in bed check emails not get fully dressed and sit upright and interact with people in the lobby..not to mention, upon arrival until late afternoon the next day Internet service was down 3/29-3/30/13 throughout the hotel. After that inconvenience I think a code should of been offered complimentary .. Instead I purchased 2 wifi codes 20hrs 18euros once Internet was restored hotel wide . Easter Sunday my mother n I were in the restaurant Capones - our first waiter was awesome but somehow he discontinued waiting on us and we had an older, short in stature- seemed Italian genealogy - who needs some retraining in boundaries... He was very forward to a point it made dinner with my mother uncomfortable and creepy

really lovely room and facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Big and spacious altogether, wonderful breakfasts. Perfect central spot.Also quiet and peaceful.

Its a very cheap hotel with a horrible décor, and the facilities are not great at all. It only has its location for itself. 2* hotel on a 5* location. And its very overpriced for what it is.

Good locaction and close to the city and underground and train to get around. Very good breakfast and the restaurant in the lobby area can be recommended both for lunsj and dinner.

WiFI not free in the rooms. Only in the lobby. It said on their websitei that DVD were available in the rooms and movies could be rented. This were not the case as they have stopped the service due to some challanges with the supplier of the system. A lot of German, French and other TV channels but almost no ones in English. The hotel name is Hoolywood Media Hotel, so maybe they should offer some movie channels in English?

Clean rooms, good breakfast, well priced and in a very central location.

Fantastic location - although in the middle of everything our room was quiet. The cocktail bar & Egyptian restaurant ( partner restaurant) are both great. Breakfast ( included) offered a great selection.

Breakfast on the first morning was a "free for all" but the hotal was fully booked it being the 31/12/12. After that it settled down to a much better level of service.

Lovely hotel, good location, staff very friendly and helpful

Fantastic location especially for shopping, transfer by bus to and from airport and for dining out. The bus/ train hub at the Berlin Zoo nearby was also great to connect with rest of city. Bus 100 and 200 leave from the Zoo and pass by the most popular landmarks in Berlin. The hotel was clean, rooms very big, staff helpful and breakfast was vgood and abundant. The hotel's film theme was great. Loved it!

No tea/ coffee facilities in room. You only get 30 mins free wifi in the lobby.

All staff, from Reception, to bar staff and breakfast staff, we're exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable although very warm, even with the heating off. It was an excellent location with good links to any part of the city using the underground. Breakfast was excellent too! We would certainly recommend this hotel and will stay again if we visit Berlin.

Would love a kettle in the room but quite usual not to have one in European hotels outside Britain.

Not comfortable at all, facilities are not very much compared with the price. Towels are so small, and breakfast is not what you expect. in general a 4 star hotel with that price must give you much better service .

The location of hotel was eassy to find and breakfast was great.The only thing that I feel upset is about internet connection.It is free of charge just in lobby.In rooms you need to pay for it. Other facilities were satisfactory and the staff was really helpful and kind :)

The large room and the view

I was only in Berlin one overnight, but wished it could have been more. PROs: Great, friendly, helpful knowledgable staff PROs: As others have said, very well located for shops, dining, easy access around Berlin PROs: A friendly, yummy restaurant/pub onsite PROs: Rooms - comfortable and quiet Overall, though, really enjoyed my stay here.

Cons: The only con is a lack of free wifi in the rooms. It can be paid for, but would have preferred free

A very well located hotel for discovering Berlin and all it has to offer. A short walk from The "Zoo" which is the transport hub for the city and enables connection to bus, train and underground. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. The staff are friendly and helpful and respectfully reply in your language of choice. Will stay again when I next visit.

The one down side is that the rooms for a 4 star hotel do not have tea and coffee making facilities, something that would be the norm elsewhere in world. Purchasing tea and or coffee from room service is very expensive.
