receptionist was friendly, it is what you pay for really, no quarms was clean enough and comfy enough!

First the price was very good. The hostel was quiet and clean when we arrived. we requested breakfast, it was for 4.5 Euros /person but it was really good and has lots of varieties; we specially liked their German small bread :). The place is not in the center of Berlin. However, it is very close to tram and train stations which made it very easy and smooth for us to reach there back and forth. We like to go there again and we recommend it.

The mattress was very soft and has metal inside which made it hard to sleep on and hurt our backs a little .They just cleaned the room once in 5 days and that was even under our request. However, relative to the price , we think it is an excellent hostel and we recommend it.

Very cheap hostel, basic but very good value for a budget stay. The showers are shared with other people in the hostel and that may put some people off, but overall what is provided certainly is excellent value for the price you pay. It is in East Berlin, but quite an easy journey to get to the city centre on a tram then train with one change.

Only thing I would change is a longer reception time, the reception closes at 6pm and if you arrive after, they put your key out along with paperwork with your name on if checking in and you then just pay the following morning. Not really a problem, but if you arrive late, it can be a bit of a problem to work out where your room key is when no one is about!

The hostel is located in one of the most green areas in Berlin, with the bus from Berlin Schoenefeld 30 min. During breakfast one can join the view over Mueggelsee. One can swim or lend a boat directly from the hostel. Trip to the city (Alexanderplatz. Brandenburger Tor) takes about 1 to 1,5 hour, depending on where you want to go. Next tram station is 5 min by foot, and next S-Bahn (Gruenau) 5 min by Tram. Breakfast Buffet phantastic, with everything you get in the high luxory hotels. Coffee good. Service friendliy with always a look on what is needed. The 2-bed room we shared was very simple without any kind of comfort, with sink and soap and a little and old-fashioned TV.

The beds and mattrasses were soft and of low standard. Only one towel for one week was scant. A renovation is planed.

There was nothing to appreciate, unless you speak perfect German, you like to be fooled on double charging and you like the East German mentality with lousy service.

On my arrival, the staff required the rent in cash or I would have not got the key. They also charged the fee/rent on my Visa card. I am convinced that it was consciously strategy. They tried to fool me on the double-charging. Thanks to all staff on booking.com, that helped me to get my money back. Beside, the staff did not speak English, the service was lousy and the men's room out of order. If you do not speak perfect German, if you do not want to be fooled on double charging, if you do not love the East German mentality with lousy service, so AVOID this place.

Too far from the city centre, and the beds are hard. But anyway the price is so cheap, it is good for younger group to save money.

This is definitely the worst hotel/hostel I've been to. Very bad location, about 1 hour's train from Berlin and 10 minutes walk from the s-bahn station. Very difficult to find. Very bad service. No one speaks English, and the reception closes at 5:00pm !! After 5:00pm, you can't find any staff from the terrible place. And they don't ask you if you need breakfast or not, they just directly charge you 3.50 euros per day/person. The breakfast area closes at 9:00am exactly on time, but they don't open at 7:00am on time. No sheet to change, very dirty bed. The only thing I can say is that whoever book this hotel is totally a fool, absolutely a huge fool, including myself.

Toilets were dirty I prefered city toilets. The staff should have cleaned them more often but whenever I enter to toilet they were very dirty

не далеко от метро 10-15 мин., цена не большая, не беспокоит персонал по пустякам, точнее не беспокоят вообще, не далеко находится магазин. в целом очень тихий район.

в отеле очень тонкие стены и поэтому если в какой то комнате не спят люди а мягко говоря посиделки, то и вас ждет безсонная ночь, после 7-8 часов утра начинает работать стойка.

Понравилось соотношение цены и качества, милый услужливый персонал. Достаточно далеко от центра, зато очень тихий спокойный район. В двух шагах автобусная остановка и супермаркет. Хорошие завтраки. Отдельное спасибо обслуживающему персоналу, что помогли разобраться с местным транспортом.

Цена, относительно уютные номера, наличие спутникового телевидения. Расположен на берегу озера в отличном спокойном местечке. Легко находится при минимуме усилий и наличии карты.

уборка в номерах только после твоего выезда. Ежедневной уборки даже по просьбе просто нет. Отказывают. В душевых кабинках нет занавесок. Шумно по выходным. Персонала никогда не застать на месте. Но учитывая стоимость проживания на многое можно закрыть глаза. Хостел неплохой но вернуться туда больше не хочется.

Poloha

Oproti rezervaci, oddělená postel namísto manželské. Nefunkční světlo na chodbě. Málo soukromí ve sprchách (bez závěsů), funkční pouze jedna ženská sprcha.
