Great buffet, friendly and very uncomplicated staff

No locks for locker, slow internet connection

It is located in a quiet safe mid-class community, although far away from city center. The breakfast is perfect! They even serve with salmon.

Cannot cook myself, because food is served in an independent restaurant inside the hostel.

It was clean reasonable and close to public transportation.

The addmition closes too soon. Qiute far from city center.

In the day of check in, I was told that its not possible to get 6bed room, wich I booked, and I needed to stay 2 nights in 12beds room. After two days they gave me keys for.... 10Beds room. After my protests, I was asked "You booked a hostel bed what do you want" I was calling booking.com and they tryied to solve this issue, in the evening when I came again for keys, they gave me the keys from the same 10beds room. Telling that now they changed everything there, and it's better. I don't know why they said it, when I entered the room again, nothing was changed. 2 connected rooms with beds even in the hall leaving to dor, or to the toilet.

Wifi should be work in room. but it doesn't in all my 4 days.

nízká cena, která však souvisí s řadou mínusů - viz. co se nám nelíbilo

nedodržení slíbených podmínek - místo 6 lůžkového pokoje s koupelnou, 2 spojené pokoje 6+8 lůžek se společnou koupelnou + jednu noc navíc 2 "přistýlky" = matrace na zemi - v uličce, kterou jsme museli překračovat pokaždé když jsme chtěli do skříně, k posteli, do koupelny... špína v koupelně, zatuchlé koberce = zatuchlý vzduch, skříňky se nedaly zamknout, arogantní a povýšenecké jednání na recepci

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl (Lachs, Rührei, Vollkornbrötchen, leckerer Saft, hochwertige Marmeladen...) Sehr modernes Design. Bad im Zimmer, Handtücher udn Bettwäsche im Preis inbegriffen. Freundliche Rezeptionisten und Service.

Bin mir nicht sicher ob mein Bett frisch bezogen war. Tiefgarage sehr teuer, Parkplätze in der Umgebung rar

Os quartos estavam perfeitos... O café da manhã estava extraordinário, digno de um hotel 5 estrelas! Muito próximo está a estação de trem com ligação direta para o centro.

Foi decepcionante qd entramos no quarto pois tinha reservado 16 camas e só tinha 11 camas. Colocaram 5 cochões no chão, não tinha como andar no quarto. Depois de reclamarmos nos deram um bom desconto e ficamos satisfeitos. Tirando a situação do cochão no chão, o resto foi perfeito.

unmoeglich fand ich eine Toilette/Dusche fuer zwei Raeume, das heisst, Leute aus dem einen Zimmer mussten nachts in das anderer finden. Aber dafuer hat man ja netterweise in jedem Zimmer einen tollen Flachbildschirm zum Fernsehgucken installiert. Das ist natuerlich viel wichtiger als eine extra Toilette

Das sollte eigentlich ein guter Hostel werden,und auch sauber..... Die Lage ist schon ziemlich von Zentrum entfernt.

Wenn man nimmt Bett in 8 Bett Zimmer...dann darf davon nicht 16 Betten Zimmer entstehen!! So wie bei uns war. Und ausserdem...die Mädels in der Zimmer waren so unordentlich daß durch ganze Zimmer lag Leergut von 30 Flaschen,in gemeinsamen Bad Tampons,viele Haare am Boden,6 Zahnpastas,verbrauchte schmutzige Handtücher irgendwo usw....habe an Rezeption das gemeldet,aber kam nicht eine erste Reaktion um das zu vermeiden.

Only one bathroom for 14 people.. its just impossible! I don't know if bed clothes were clean.. the were not so white and didn't really smell clean.. (I have heard that some hotels don't wash them always after their clients' stay, just iron them if they are not dirty).. well I just hope you don't do that, because your clients remark it.

hatte eine Übernachtung im 6-Bett-Zimmer gebucht, war aber am Ende in einem 10-Bett-Zimmer und habe somit mehr bezahlt als andere anwesende Gäste

Personel at the reception desk, huge confusion in the room - nobody knew which beds were changed and clean, everyone had a different information about number of beds in the room while booking; our experience - we booked 2 beds in 6 bed room, then had to sleep in 14 bed room with one bathroom
