Breakfast is really good. Very clean in the room and bathroom. Safety.

Good transport and local location in a quiet area of ​​the east of Berlin, breakfast 4 + out of 5, sink in the room, and each room shared bathroom on the floor, always free.

Bed in a double room separated in different corners of the room. not having enough hot water for tea.

Although it is a little bit far from the central part of Berlin, it is still very convenient to get to most interesting places by Bus240 (5 min walking) and S-bahn. A REWE supermarkt is just at the bus stop. The region is quiet.

The room is a little bit small and there is no cabinet for luggage and clothes.

Modern, and lively decorated hotel. Very considerate staff called me that check in closes at 11 and told me the code to get my room card out of a deposit box. I was able to check in after 11pm without any issue.

only 1 bathroom/toilet for 3 rooms in the area I stayed. at least more toilet will be helpful.

It was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing not just cold cuts they had bacon and scrambled eggs. It was very bright decor and modern... very clean!!

No, wi-fi in the rooms!! That was really important to us... we spent a lot of time in the restaurant trying to book out next stay. We knew it was about 20-25min train to get to the old city of berlin... It was quite and just what we wanted.

The hotel is very nice. The room was not big, but clean and in nice colors. The heater worked very good and it was warm. We rented a room for two with one double bed, it was a little bit creaky, but we were so tired after the day of walking that we slept as a babies. The hotel situated in a quite place. In our rent was included breakfast which was also quite good.

The hotel room is a bit small and our room is next to the main entrance at G/F.

We was staying 4 nights at the Holi hotel, father and son (47 + 11). We enjoyed the sty. Friendly area in the easte part of Berlin, Close to LIchtenberg u/s Bahnstation with good connections to town 15 min to Alex by s or u bahn. Wifi was good and stable, Nice and quired area and still close to shops and differnet "Imbiss"like places. Great breakfast, especially when checking the room price :-)

Missing tv and cabinets was not in our room.. We missed especially the tv for the child. Please note that all plugs are the GermanSchuco type... Then Danish plugs dont allways function.. Especially my computer plug did not function!

It was clean and colorful. Quiet place. One of the girls in the staff was very helpful and had good English, but can not say the same for other staff members. Everyone was polite and helpful though.

1) Location was not great in terms of public transport. Long walk to S-Bahn station. 2) I usually need an Iron for my clothes, but they did not have it. I have seen very few hotels/hostels which do not have an Iron at all. This might not be important for many. 3) Breakfast did not have variety. 4) Most of the time, the staff was missing from the reception, so I would just stand there and wait for someone to show up. I have stayed in much better places in Germany for this price.

We were excited, hotel is very nice. Good staff, tasty breakfast. Both exterior and interior are beautiful and clean. We had only good impressions.

It's clean, well-managed, and new. The breakfast included is also satisfying. Definitely good value for money.

The personnel was very friendly, the breakfast was more than fair, the room was clean and washing facilities were provided in the room. There are enough showers and toilets on the floor to make sure that you do not have to stand in line to take a shower. Prices were fair and location is ok (train and subway station nearby).

It looked new and clean. We had a sink in the room, so we didn't have to share everything with other guests. we also had free face and bath towels. The breakfast was included even though it was not that special, but at least we didn't have to pay extra money for it. There's a nice supermarket across the street.

It's far from downtown and you have to walk around 10minutes to get to the closest metro station. If u're carrying heavy luggage - like we were - it gets harder. But for the price your paying, it's worth it!

This hotel is excellant! It appears to be brand new. Everything is new, the decor is smart and bright, the rooms are kept very clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly, the food is good value, the breakfast is typical German. About a 5minute walk from Litchenburg station, easy to find.

Some of the staff were more friendly than other. Room was good, a bit small, but value for money. WiFi was not always working from the room, but you could go to the restaurant/bar to get a good connection. There was quite a distance to the centre of Berlin, but you could get there pretty quickly using the nearby U- and S-bahn of Lichtenberg. Breakfast is served from 7AM till 11AM and was OK (several things to choose from). I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent, modern hotel/hostel for a good price.

THe price of a motel 6 but the quality of a VERY nice hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel itself looks perfect - colourful and stylish. The rooms are cozy and the beds comfortable. The area is quiet and the U-Bahn is close. There's quite a big parking lot right in front of the building. We had to leave early and couldn't wait until the breakfast time, so the staff made us some delicious breakfast-to-go, which was truly nice. Next time we visit Berlin I'll choose this hostel again - it offers great value for the price.

Very clean, decent breakfast (but no fresh vegetables, no sweets), great price for this standard, 10 min. Walking to Lichtenberg metro station - you can go directly to Potsdam by s7, 3 min. Walking to Rewe supermarket on the other side of the street (at the back), no problems with parking at the street (private parking is very small), nice neighbourhood, easy to find by car - small distance to Berliner Ring, generally nice personnel, very clean common toilets/showers, safe place, I highly recommend this hostel for budget travellers

They wanted to charge me more when I checked in, when I showed them the booking.com printout they finally agreed to my price but they did not want to tell me what was the problem; small room with bunk bed - good enough for sleeping though, no wardrobe, typical economical standard,

The location was a little out of the way, but still an easy commute to the city with a 10 min walk to the station and a 10-15 min metro ride to Alexanderplatz.
