The breakfast was ok.
The real name is Hostel7 not Entrée Hotel Marzahn. I got mail about this 2 day before our trip, but the change of the name had happened surely longer time before judging by the wear of labels on rooms. The room, corridor, bathroom and toilet was dirty, you could smell mildew in the shower, we couldn´t open the window in the room and in the morning the power (electricity) was down on the whole floor.
bad rooms in very bad condition, elevator was scary, there was no cleanless, no hot water in shower, rude service, do not get room that is facing the main street, you hear all night ubahn
very cheap. Additional fee at place.
Staff doesn't speak a word of english and is very slow. room floor was dirty. hoster is closer to Poland than center of Berlin.
Everything was horrible. It was a nightmare hotel in every sense.
Great buffet breakfast. Cheap room.
Quite far from Berlin. Staff struggled with English.
No room service, no safe, far from the city center, old design
Much better than 6 months ago. Now everything was very good, including the TV set in the room.
Breakfast was quite good. Five minutes from S-BAHN station. Supermarkets in the neighborhood.
Tiny rooms without furniture. All showers were broken. The door lock was broken and opened only after twenty attempts. Kitchen was just awful.
The breakfast was quite good.
It's a bit far from downtown, usually took 1-hour trip to get to final destination (University).
I lived that day ,no have hot water, I couldn't take shower, but no body say sorry. I didn't like it.
The most horrifying experience. Would not believe, if I have not experienced. The staff refused to let my 3 collegues to their room for the last night. We payed for 4 nights, but once they got back the last day from the trade fair, the staff would keep them waiting from 11 pm, to 0.30 am repeating that they checked out after 3 days and can not use the room anymore, which was not true. They had to wake me up, and I was solving this issue over the phone for 30 minutes. Only my announcment, that I am ready to call the police, made them to provide the service we have payed for. Ubelievable.
- Parking in front of the hotel - Breakfast included - S-bahn and Tram station around
- 30 min by S-Bahn to the city center - Really weird district with abandonned cars... - Receptionists are quite slow and some don't even answer your Hello (happened during the night)... -You are really kicked out of the hotel at 11 O'CLOCK! I came back to my room at 11:02 and my key was already desactivated, I was stuck outside ! - You have to pay 3€ to rent linen and 1€ for a towel !!! And it's not even precised on the website! -Very pool equipement of the bedroom Spend your money somewhere else !
Located in Marzahn area
Staff was rude. Hostel facilities for wc and showers were filthy. Smelly, and unsanitary. Only one of 3 elevators work and that one starts and stops with jerks. Breakfast was minimal
Breakfast. Good spread.
Very bad rooms and bed. Wc stinks of smoke - people are smoking there. Shower rooms have no shower heads. Lights in corridor to rooms are lighted by sensors and these sensors are very badly adjusted - no light until you walked in darkness for quite a few seconds. Some of the women staff are rude especially a receptionist.
The Breakfast was great The Springpfull Sbahn is 5 mins away
Very small rooms, barely had place for the bags. The toilets weren't clean
Very close to S-Bahn. About 30 min to the Hauptbahnhof. Mc Donalds, Lidl, ALDI are also very near. Cheap!
Dirty, outdated, huge pillows, which are highly uncomfortable.
The Entree Hotel is a good hotel for backpackers and those who are trying to budget themselves. The beds are comfortable, staff is friendly, there is a bar and pool table at the lounge. Not to mention that the breakfast is on point and very delicious! If you are booking the hotel during the weekend then you are in luck because the train station runs 24 hours during the weekend.
Only bad things about the Entree are the location is about a 30 minute train ride to the city center (which I don't mind), There is not enough space in the room, no cabinets to put your clothes in or a table to organize your stuff, the bathrooms smell like cigarette smoke, it's not the fault of the hotel. Too many don't respect the facility smoke. Along with that people are very nasty in the toilets and showers leaving gross things behind. Last to say is that there is no wifi in the rooms and only available in the lounge in which you have to pay.
CHEAP. Decent private rooms (no frills, but you don't have to sleep with anyone else) Bathrooms were super tidy and clean while I was there. Decently quiet.
Location is way outta town, although there is a tram stop (and metro) I biked out, took me about 40 minutes from the main square with the tv tower. Rude, disinterested staff. Not helpful at all. I sent a package there ahead of myself only to have it arrive after I left. After a week of back and forth, they finally informed me that they would not forward it to me (I wanted to pay whatever they needed), to a different address located in Germany. Construction is all around the building. If you accidentally surpass the 2nd Fl, you're treated to a disgusting and unsafe renovation right above you, with wires, bugs, and cobwebs, liquor bottles and tools left everywhere.
Tasty breakfast. Good location close to the S-Bahn station. Low price.
The room was very very simple. No wardrobe, no lamp for reading in bed. For people who come to the hotel only for sleeping (but it was my case).
The breakfast was excellent Good mattresses Reception staff were helpful Near to public transport links
Bed was broken Have to rely on public transport
Very good price, especially for families travelling on a budget. Decent, clean room, with good beds, modest furniture. Pretty good breakfast, given the price.
Relatively isolated location but walking distance to S-bahn (which takes you in a few minutes to downtown).
It's very basic, but OK for that price. Surprisingly good breakfast :)
