The quiet neighbouring area.... This old hotel could have been a traditional place with 19C mood but the hotel owner seems to have renovated it into a luxruious and rich but souless place--in terms of the hotel's interior and the service of the staff. I feel like I am staying at any of 5-star hotels in downtown of a big metropolitan city like New York, Singapore, Tokyo or Seoul. No touch of Hamburg. |

Staff attentive and helpful at all times. It seemed a pleasure for them to work there. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable and the food was exceptionally good. |

Am besten hat uns die unaufdrngliche Art gefallen. Man war immer umsorgt, aber es war zu keiner Zeit lästig. Man hatte den Eindruck, daß die Freundlichkeit ehrlich war und nicht nur "professionell". |

Das Hotel vermittelt von Anfang an eine tolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre durch sein Ambiente und den ausgezeichneten, unaufdringlichen Service der Mitarbeiter. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war vorzüglich. Die Preise für das Frühstück sowie einen notwendigen Einstellplatz in der Tiefgarage sind etwas zu hoch.Leider stand der Wellnessbereich an diesem Tag nicht zur Verfügung. |

l'accueil dès la réception, tous les détails ds la chambre, bien qu'elle donnait sur une rue arrière. Le repas gastronomique était absolument divin, de même que les PD sauf le prix de ces derniers 28 € par pers. le spa tout à fait quelconque pour ce niveau d'hôtel; le prix d'ensemble. Les 30 mn de bus pour aller au centre |

Besonders freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Man wird bereits nach Einfahrt in die Hotelgarage begrüßt und direkt aufs Zimmer begleitet.Große Zimmer, sehr gute Zimmerausstattung. Tolles, allerdings auch teures, Frühstück. Nachts wurde die Windschutzscheibe meines PKW gesäubert-eine nette Geste! |
