Adler Hotel Frankfurt  

Extremely friendly and helpfull staff.

What really pleasing about Adler Hotel Frankfurt is its close location to Central Rail Station.It took less than 10 minutes to find it.Nice impressions are already in the beginning.Staff at the reception were really friendly and cheerful.I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and I think I saw all of the staff.When you approach to the reception counter they get up from their seats displaying respect and evident willingness to help guests and smiling all the time.Their sincere attitude and frank hospitality are very touching.A lot of thanks them for that. Cleaning facilities are remarkable too.I was satisfied that cleaning and towel changing was done daily.That's great. Staying at Adler Hotel Frankfurt was a pure pleasure for me and my girl-friend and we will not regret if we visit it again. Many thanks to the people we dealt with. And thank you for giving me the opportunity to give my personal review.I wish you the best wishes.

p.s.Just some notes.In room 403 where I'd stayed there was not fresh smell in the air.I think it was coming from the carpet.Maybe it could be cleaned or washed or done something to prevent non-pleasant odour. That was kind to find small marmelade gums in packets on the pillows when we first entered the apartment.It would be twice kinder to discover them after cleaning every day.

No reception during night

Friendly reception staff. Room was clean, neat and tidy Good, free, WiFi connection. Room price (Euro79) fair. Very close to the main station with s Bahn to airport

The breakfast was good, typical German Continental breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful. Price was good

The location is on a quiet street but not a very nice location, very close to adult shops, rooms were small for 3 people.

We looked for a reasonably priced hotel within a short distance of the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and were quite pleased with this one. Good breakfast, and it was included with the room cost.

Adler Hotel is best for it's location , just cross the main street and you get to Central Railway Station of Frankfurt, so you can go everywhere easily by train, metro, tram. Even late night, you won't be worried at all. We really enjoy it and are willing to recommend the hotel to everyone. The staffs were so nice and enthusiastic to help and answer your questions. We were happy with the breakfast that neatly prepared and enough for every guest. We love it and will stay there whenever we are in Frankfurt.

Located very close to Frankfurt Main Station, just 3-5 mins walk across the street. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. And I like they provide free Tea/Coffee till 11pm.

Not much choice for the buffet breakfast.

My husband & I always stay at the Adler,always made very welcome,we have stayed there about five times now,nothing to much trouble staff very helpful,we have already booked to stay again next year.
