location is really good. very quite neighbourhood and 1 minute to a subway station picture of the room on the website is really modern and bight. However our room is nothing like that, in an attic and very little space |

One very helpfull reception lady. Both rooms were very, very small in the top flor not served by the elevator. The roof above one of the sides of the bed was not more than 60 cm far (claustrofobic). Was very hot, the rooms had no air conditioning and was not easy to get a fan.We requested no smoking rooms but this was not respected. The curtains in the roof VELUX window were broken without ability to protect the room from the sun. |

Very convenient location, very good breakfast, value for money, good service on the whole Room was very hot when the weather was hot, and suffered from afternoon sun. |

No air conditioning. We were very hot and had to leave the window open all night, and the street was noisy. Parking was advertised but was not available. The double room was very small. |

The hotel was reasonably priced and quite well situated near the center of the city. Good parking available. Everything was terribly small, the rooms, the elevator, the breakfast room etc. Not so much a complaint, since the price was fair, rather a statement of fact. |

It was modern and clean, with a conveniently located lift. Excellent location for shopping or waterside or museums or places to eat. The frushtuck girls were very attentive and nice and had nice smiles in the morning. The guest booklet by the phone was very good and helpful. Very difficult to find coming from out of town, becase of the one way streets, half-length streets, and one way streets. Please consider including very detailed directions with every booking confirmation letter to your out-of-area guests [I am from Philadelphia, USA].Also, noise and keys opening doors echoes in the bare halls [no rugs]. |

This was the second time I stayed here. Being on a quiet side road is a great benefit when you want to rest. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean and neat building overall. Air conditioning would help a lot in those hot nights. Also they should offer breakfast separately, not included in the main price, as some people may prefer to eat outside of the hotel. |

Excellent staff, perfect location - 50 feet from tram and metro. Walking distance to Zeil and shopping (10 min.) Good restaurants around corner. Right beside the zoo. |
