駅から近く移動に便利でした。また、飲食店も歩いてすぐのところに何件かありました。 エレベーターが動くたびに音がうるさかったです。寝るときは耳栓が必要です。 |

朝食用レストランが小さかった。長期滞在でもネット使用は全部で10ユーロとお手軽料金だった。 朝食用食材のレパートリーが少なく、長期滞在だと飽きる。 |

Price and locaton are very nice. Close to the zoo, and the street leads right to the center, which is actually 2 metro stations away. Has nice cafe nearby, named "Bohne" they serve nice huge breakfast for 4.90€. Not too polite staff, dirty carpets in rooms, broken shower and cold rooms, even after we sealed the window and put heater on maximum. |

I ordered 2 double rooms for my and my friends families in 3 star hotel and I expected to get proper room as usual in 3 stars hotels in Germany. We got the rooms in socle floor with a poor shower room and toilet at the end of coridor!!! I would have better conditions in 1 star hotel, I believe. Then I asked for discount (because of teh bad quality), they offered just parking for free... So, at the end I got bad quality students hostel for a 3 stars hotel price... |

The public hall and the breakfast room were obviously recently modernised. Probably due to the European Frankfurt Car Exhibition Show, the on-line price advertised on Booking.com was three times more the normal price, practised all along the year. I booked this hotel because it was a special offer, with a 33% bonus. But on place, I discover a very tiny room, only found in some one star hotel! |

there is no air condition in the room we booked as triple room when we came we found small room for twin room just the add extrt bed which made the room very crouded |

The breakfast was great, more than just rolls and jam. Next door to the Frankfurt Zoo and trolley stop was right in front for easy transportation. Pizza Hut on the corner was very convenient. Rooms were clean and orderly. |

That it was beside the Frankfurt zoo and zoo subway. It was very close to the center of Frankfurt. The hotel staff was not very friendly, It was hot in Frankfurt and the heater in our room was full open. The breakfast was below average. The secound day there the bread (brotchen) was from the day before and I had to ask to have more eggs made and glasses for the drinks. |

it is near the principle roads in frankfurt, near the train stataion, near shopping center and places to eat.the stuff is very nice and specially we like to thank the worker in the reception during the day that help us a lot and help us to reach a hotel in heidelberg. at night we heard the noise of the train and the cars in the street. there is no double glizing at the window and it disturbe us. |
