Location Too high of a price for such a hotel. I did not even have any windows in any room excepth the bathroom to see the day light! |

IT was easy to get to the city, very pleasant to be near the lake. Hamburg is a great city. The lift was difficult and sometimes not availabl;E. |

A bit disapointed with the fact that two single beds put together makes a queen size bed!! Falling throught the middel of the beds and paying 160 Euro instead of 120 for a lux room? Probably wont do that again, nor hotel nor lux room if that is what is to be expected!! Get hold of some queen size beds!! |

Een prachtig oud gebouw met een statige entree. De ligging aan het water en de locatie in hamburg is zeer goed. De trappenhal zou een opknapbeurt mogen hebben. De bedden zijn matig. Onze badkamer was erg smal. |

Das Zimmer war ganz toll eingerichtet, Stuck an den ca. 4 m hohen Decken, das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr großzügig mit Wanne und Dusche. Alles in allem ein tolles Ambiente. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll. Da stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für meine Begriffe nicht. Da habe ich in wesentlich günstigeren Hotels ein besseres Frühstücksbuffet gehabt. |

Trotz eines kleinen Zimmers schlichte (im esten Sinne) qualitätvolle, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr hübscher Frühstücksraum. Ordentliche Frühstücksauswahl. Der Fernseher war so groß, dass der ehemalige Schreibtisch nicht mehr als solcher nutzbar war.Als Nichtraucherhotel ausgegeben. Leider war der RaucherBalkon genau neben meinem Zimmer dadurch wurde ich von Rauch und Unterhaltungen nach einer ruhigen, erfrischenden Nacht früher als gewünscht geweckt. |

Mooie ligging. Ruime kamer, recent vernieuwd. Oude lift; slechts bruikbaar met hulp receptie. Ingang en trapzaal ondermaats. Ontbijtbuffet niet aangepast aan aantal klanten (wachtrij!). |

Zimmer gut , komfortabel , frisch renoviert ,Frühstück mäßig aber ausreichend. Treppenhaus in katastrophalem Zustand ,Aufzug von 1910 , musste jedesmal vom Portier aufgeschlossen werden . |
