A bit disapointed with the fact that two single beds put together makes a queen size bed!! Falling throught the middel of the beds and paying 160 Euro instead of 120 for a lux room? Probably wont do that again, nor hotel nor lux room if that is what is to be expected!! Get hold of some queen size beds!! |

Mooie ligging. Ruime kamer, recent vernieuwd. Oude lift; slechts bruikbaar met hulp receptie. Ingang en trapzaal ondermaats. Ontbijtbuffet niet aangepast aan aantal klanten (wachtrij!). |

Zimmer gut , komfortabel , frisch renoviert ,Frühstück mäßig aber ausreichend. Treppenhaus in katastrophalem Zustand ,Aufzug von 1910 , musste jedesmal vom Portier aufgeschlossen werden . |

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und raum. Liegt wunderbar beim Alster. Frühstuck war gut, aber Auswahl war begrenzt. |

Das Frühstück mit Blick auf Aussenalster Die Parkplatz Situation ist äusserst schlecht und ich mußte jeweils lange suchen. Bäder zu klein und eng. |

Die Größe und die Einrichtung des Zimmers,das Badezimmer hatte viel Komfort, das sehr schöne Treppenhaus. Der Balkon war nicht benutzbar durch wegelagerei gegenüber an der Alster, der schöne Blick war getrübt duch grillende "Menschen",Rauch U. Gegröle in der Nacht und am Nachmittag. Der Balkon war mit Ruß überzogen.Ber der Ankunft war der Balkon mit verwelkten Blumenresten und Spinnweben voll.Der extrem kleine Frühstückstisch wurde nicht abgeräumt, dass Frühstück zu einer jonglierenden Meisterleistung |

der Alsterblick incl. Sonnenuntergang, geräumiges Zimmer mit Stuckdecke, charmanter Altbau in den straßenseitigen Zimmern (= Alsterblick) könnten noch bessere Lärmschutzfenster installiert werden |

Da trotz einigen Mißgeschicken die Hoteldirektion nett und sehr zuvorkommend reagiert hat. Die Standart Zimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen. Diese sollten auch gesondert aufgeführt und beschreiben werden. |
