the staff, breakfast, cleanness, atmosphere single rooms are very small, it is impossible to feel comfortable; the mirror in the (big) bathroom is out of the reach of a woman like me (1,60 m)! |

Convenience to Berlin U Bahn system and within walking distance of Potsdammer Platz. Excellent breakfast with friendly helpful staff. Hotel has very individual feel and is not like many modern city soulless hotels. |

Free Internet and wifi reasonable price. Room was large and spacious. Location very good. Staff pleasant and helpful. Very hot - no air con. Bed was old and creaky, slept badly. Pillows very soft, nothing in them! |

The room was perfect and very nice. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is on a quite busy street and so the rooms on the street are noisy. The entry of the hotel (with the dolls) is weird, and scary at night for a kid. |

Very nice English-speaking staffs, quite area, good location. Very nice breakfast. The was 2 rather small blankets on the double bed which made it a bit uncomfortable. |

We had a room overlooking a rear courtyard. As a result the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide choice on offer. The staff, with the exception of one young man on night duty, were courteous and helpful.The hotel's location was good being ten minutes' walk from Potsdamer Platz. |

the location, location, location was ideal and the friendliness of staff was superb, so too the food, to the extent we did not wish to leave...we loved this place and will certainly be back and will recommend to our friends...thanks Altberlin, you enabled our visit to Berlin to be a most memorable experience. |

Its convenience to public transport and other facilities. The food (breakfast) was excellent and the staff very helpful. Max, a waiter was especially so, also the two female reception staff and the maid (who was male). The male member of the reception staff was unfriendly and did not like to be given tasks when he was busy playing backgammon on the computer. |

Godt til prisen når man er 3 afsted. Autentisk og hyggeligt. Morgenmad over middel men ikke fantastisk. Meget larm fra trafik, hvis man har vær. ud til vejen. Meget tæt på by og transportmuligheder. |

Ihana sisustus, korkeat huoneet, viihtyisä aamiaistila. Sijainti oli hyvä joulumarkkinoiden kannalta Gedächtniskirchen ja Potsdamer Platzin välimaastossa. Huoneemme oli tielle päin. Autot vinguttivat renkaita läpi koko yön. Vastapäätä on kaksi yökerhoa, joiden edustalla ihmiset huusivat suoraa huutoa aamu-kuuteen saakka. Myös poliisi oli paikalla seisoskelemassa. Emme saaneet juurikaan nukuttua, vaikka oli korvatulpat korvissa. Netissä oli kehuttu henkilökuntaa ystävälliseksi. Meistä se ei ollut mitenkään erityisen ystävällinen, muualla matkallemme saimme parempaa palvelua. Ainoastaan yksi miespuolinen henkilö oli ystävällinen. Alla olevaan suositukseen liittyen: voin suositella huonetta pihan puolelta. |
