the staff, breakfast, cleanness, atmosphere single rooms are very small, it is impossible to feel comfortable; the mirror in the (big) bathroom is out of the reach of a woman like me (1,60 m)! |

Convenience to Berlin U Bahn system and within walking distance of Potsdammer Platz. Excellent breakfast with friendly helpful staff. Hotel has very individual feel and is not like many modern city soulless hotels. |

Free Internet and wifi reasonable price. Room was large and spacious. Location very good. Staff pleasant and helpful. Very hot - no air con. Bed was old and creaky, slept badly. Pillows very soft, nothing in them! |

The room was perfect and very nice. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is on a quite busy street and so the rooms on the street are noisy. The entry of the hotel (with the dolls) is weird, and scary at night for a kid. |

Very nice English-speaking staffs, quite area, good location. Very nice breakfast. The was 2 rather small blankets on the double bed which made it a bit uncomfortable. |

We had a room overlooking a rear courtyard. As a result the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide choice on offer. The staff, with the exception of one young man on night duty, were courteous and helpful.The hotel's location was good being ten minutes' walk from Potsdamer Platz. |

the location, location, location was ideal and the friendliness of staff was superb, so too the food, to the extent we did not wish to leave...we loved this place and will certainly be back and will recommend to our friends...thanks Altberlin, you enabled our visit to Berlin to be a most memorable experience. |

Its convenience to public transport and other facilities. The food (breakfast) was excellent and the staff very helpful. Max, a waiter was especially so, also the two female reception staff and the maid (who was male). The male member of the reception staff was unfriendly and did not like to be given tasks when he was busy playing backgammon on the computer. |

Mooie (wel wat kleine) kamer met goede bedden, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, eigen parkeergarage : prima hotel voor een stedentrip! De kleine badkamer. Werd overigens wel elke dag schoongemaakt. |

Hotellin sijainti lahella museoita ja Filharmonian konserttisaleja oli ihanteellinen. Tiheaan liikkuva bussi pysahtyi oven edessa ja vei Alexanderplatzille, jolloin mm. Museuminseln oli matkan varrella. Aamiainen kodikkaassa ruokailutilassa oli hyva.Enimmakseen pihan puolen huone rauhallinen. Huone oli epaviihtyisa korkea kuilu ja kylpyhuone hyvin ahdas. Peilit vaarissa paikoissa. Meikkipeili sen lisaksi liian pieni. Kaikkina aamuina henkilokunnan tullessa toihin kuului pihalta jonkin aikaa aanekasta puhetta, johon herasimme. Ei ole varmaa, oliko hk. asialla. Huonot tyynyt. Korkean huoneen kattolamppu vain lisasi epaviihtyisyytta. Valaistus heikohko. |
