Everything is great. I spend 3 days in Munchen. In this hotel price is low. I was thinking it can be problem. But???? GREAT

Really close to the main train station, other public transportations, and shopping street, staffs are really helpful and friendly; give really good advices.

Rooms are a bit small

All staff are so friendly. Very clean very close with central train station.

My family stay in quad room for 4 persons. The door in bathroom cannot lock because it's out of order. The space in room quite narrow.

Excellent location right opposite the main station. We booked a superior room which was at the back and very quiet. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. There was a good choice at breakfast

Location, very close to central station. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Rooms and linens are clean. Room size is not big but comfortable.

Wash basin is outside toilet, which is inconvenient. Very close to busy station, sound of train and even announcement is heard at midnight.

Location was Excellent and the staff were very helpful. It was also clean and tidy, and the midday checkout is good too.

The hotel is exceptionally noisy and the noise reverberates throughout the corridor due to the hospital like walls and floors. There are no tea or coffee making facilities which is disappointing.

Bathroom door didn't shut very easily and didn't lock at all (but not really a big deal), and our room was on the street (opposite the main train station) so maybe if you're a light sleeper you'd need to specify a room at the other side of the hotel.

Perfect position and great breakfast at a very good price (also during Easter holidays!). They also have a private covered car parking.

Everything was good, but the soundproofing of the doors could be better (you can hear everything going on in the corridor, which is not good if you have noisy neightbours as we had).

Noisy! Noisy! Noisy! Party hotel with 4am drinkers returning back from nights drinking. Rooms terrible and basic, but eventually got adequate room after 2 changes. Staff surprisingly understanding and helpful.

the location is very convienent. it is near the Munich Hbf. the room is clean and large.

Perfect location (just 50 meters from transport hub and 500 meters from Rathaus. Very good breakfast. Reasonable price. Quiet and comfortable room.

It was quite cold during the night. Beds is uncomfortable due to unsecured mattress. Very cold floor in bathroom.
