The location was perfect. Close to the Catthedral and to the Christkindlmarket.

The hotel was located right across from the grand Cathedral and on the edge of old town. Our room was very nice with a comfortable king bed, room for our luggage, desk, and two chairs to relax in. It was very quiet and we felt safe and secure. The staff was very nice and helpful.

While the breakfast was great, the cost of 9 euros was not included in the price of the room. Our 3 other hotels on our trip had it included. Also, the wifii did not work on a regular basis and according to the staff there had not been any cnn or bbc for some time on their channel selections due to their headquarters inability to resolve this problem.

Location. Rooms are ok, but nothing special.

I asked to pay on arrival (we were leaving early on the following day for a business meeting). Without being asked to whom the invoice had to be issued, Yvonne from reception staff printed out the invoice in my personal name. Immediately on seeing this, I (kindly) asked her to please change billing address to that of my company (it was a business trip). She reacted with an angry look and an expression on her face like 'I would really like to scold you if I could you!' (Like a master -her- to the servant: me, the customer!!!). I don't think you can react like that in a 4* hotel, just because the customer wants the invoice to be re-printed in the name of his company. This was extremely unpleasant for me. I never posted a personal comment in years of travelling around the entire world.

The size of the room.

Hotel was clean and very modern, however, parking was a real problem and we had to haul all our luggage over cobblestones for some distance. We didn;t find the staff to be very helpful. We also think that for the price we paid, breakfast should have been included as in other hotels. Approximately $20 per person for breakfast in addition to the room rate we think is exorbitant. For that reason we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere and had a better breaklfast for about $15 for both of us.

Location great. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning and tea making services good . Sweedish girl was very helpful. And breakfast staff also

One of the receptionists gave us very bad directions to the tourist office on the first day and we could not find it. There should be a map available free at reception

Noise in the street, room without cooling (in 4 stars hotel?), old, dirty room facility, poor cleaning, cleaner try enter to the room repeatedly early morning when we was inside.

The room was relatively large and comfortable. The room was very clean.

The lack of AC on a hot summer day is certainly noticeable.

Die Zimmer waren geraeumig und geschmackvoll,individuell eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt, mit Blick auf den Dom ist phantastisch. Das Personal ist professionell, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Very good location in historic building in the city centre. The room was comfortable and of sleek design.

This hotel was a bit too high priced to be good value for money. It delivers comfort but it has only basic tv (not digital, not enough channels) and an expensive breakfast. The parking was not available at the moment of check-in and cost more than 24h public parking. The shower was mediocre. All this is a bit dissapointing for a 'plaza' level hotel.

Outstanding hotel.Superb location. Right in middle of Altstadt opposite the Dom. One of best I've stayed in. Room was spotless and very luxurious while bathroom was superb. Staff were very friendly and helpful while bbreakfast was one of best I've had in a hotel Could not fault hotel.

Close to the train station, to shopping, in the old-town.

WiFi was not working for me. Restaurant was closed on Monday.
