Quiet and clean Hotel. Close to metro station. Free parking on street. Near gasoline station.Тихий и читый отель. Близко станция метро. Бесплатная парковка на дороге, рядом заправка.

Room doesn't have refrigerator. В комнате не было холодильника.

Free wifi, available parking, helpful staff, reasonable price, convenent location

Klinikum was clean, tidy and staff friendly. Rooms were basic but did exactly what they were asked off. located just 5 stops from Oktoberfest, splendid.

Munich City Centre was within easy reach from the Hotel. Room was clean and tidy.

Close to underground system for easy access to other areas of Munich. The hotel is a good basic hotel.

Plain and simple, very close to the u-bahn station grossharden. Price was reasonable to oktoberfest and simple to get there.

The only thing I can think of is that the pillow was'nt comfy,

it was a little expensive for what we got, however that was probably due to the Oktoberfest demand.

Good breakfast. Parking available, rooms were clean and efficient.

There was one obvious minor repair (wall-mounted end table broken off wall, just leaning there) that was not completed and left when we checked in. It stayed that way until we checked out.

Proximity of the Grosshadern clinic, proximity of the underground. Cleanliness, relatively quiet place, relatively big rooms. Overall, wuite good. But recommended only for those seeking the above-mentioned advantages.

Very basic, lacking mini-bar or fridge, safe, in the bathroom one single soap and shampoo. No carpets. One of the two night tables that normally is fixed to the wall was unclamped. This class of hotel is normally far cheaper in other places, or vice versa, elsewhere you can get much higher standard for the money.

Staff are so polite and helpful

Rooms are so large but not very clean

Wireless Internet connection also in the rooms would be a good improvement

Main best thing for the hotel is its situation -5 min walk to U-bahn station and only 8 stations (20min aprox.) to city center.

our stay there was 3 nights but room service comes only once...

Das Hotel war, auf Grund einer Messe, meine letzte Rettung. Zuvor sollte ich in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster, Toilette und Dusche übernachten. Daher kam es mir wie eine Luxusunterkunft vor. Das Zimmer war sehr groß.

Der Preis von 99 Euro stand in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung. Das Zimmer zur Straße war extrem laut, insbesondere auf Grund der Raucher, des im Erdgeschoss liegenden Restaurant. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. In der Nähe des Schreibtischs war keine Steckdose zu finden. Ein paar Amaturen im Bad waren halb aus der Wand gebrochen. Die Stange des Duschvorhangs war etwas durchgebogen, hielt aber.
