Good breakfast, handy for the U-Bahn to the city. Reasonable value for money considering we visited for the Beerfest. Quiet location if you have a room at the back. Rooms are basic but adequate. A long way from the city if you are going to, or have to, take a taxi. |

They were helpful when we changed our booking. The beds were comfortable and new building was modern and clean. The breakfast was also served for a good time and plentiful. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. We were at this hotel during Oktoberfest. Most of the guests were groups of men who were there for the fest, but there was no loud or inappropriate behavior. The owner insisted that we pay for the entire stay upon check in. Wireless internet was not available in our room which was in a second building. In inclement weather, one had to travel outside to get to the main building where the reception, breakfast buffet and internet were located. |

It was too much money for what you got. The hallway corrider was dirty and dogs were allowed to roam around the eating area. The rooms facing the street werte really noisy which meant tat the windows had to be closed all the time making it extremly hot. |

Really good free breakfast, 30 seconds away from the U-Bahn stop and only 20 mins from Oktoberfest on the U-6. It was 5 beds crammed in to a 2 bed room - literally no space to move about. |

Very kind staff, perfect position just outside the underground station and comfortable accomodations. The room lacked a bit in the furniture, probably because it's brand new, but the beds were fantastic, very large and comfortable. |

This is a friendly hotel with good access to city centre via nearby U-bahn station, local bar next door, staff were helpful and continental breakfast was available upto 11am, which is useful after visiting the Oktoberfest the night before. |

It was ideal for a group of men visiting the weisn, the room was basic but comfortable for us, it served its purpose we would use it again, it had excellent transport connections, and breakfast good The male receptionist wanted payment up front ( no problem for us) however he did say after we had paid we might have to move room if his larger group moved in. This didnot happen and to fair after we had paid in advance it would not have happened as he was in breach of contract |

Close to the subway, rooms appear to be new or renovated Cleanliness of the room was poor, had to buy cleaning materials and do the job on my own. Noisy in rooms facing to the street. Internet works on and off. |

Family Room was very large. Great beds. Everything was very clean. Steps to Ubahn and bus. Esso station with full service shoppet next door. Wireless Internet. Good residential neighborhood. Easy back to freeway. Good Breakfast. Really nice and helpful staff. Not a problem, just an observation - facilities are very spartan. Could have used a curtain on window and maybe a chair. |

The room was huge...lots of space. Breakfast ok. Good value for the price. Not luxury but sufficient. Clean. The ad said free parking however when we parked in the underground garage they said we owed 5 Euros then when I stated free parking they said on street...then said 3 Euros for garage. Also tried to charge me 10 Euros more than booking price...had to pull my paperwork then charged correct price. |
