Hotel am Klinikum  

Close to train station, freindly staff, nice breakfast. Parking worked out well.

The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting Munich.

We booked a room for 4 persons. It was actually a room for 2 persons maximum, but with 4 beds. Please note we did not ask for this as a convenience, the room was offered as a 4-bed room in Booking.com. Beds were attached and there was no space to move or stand up on the side. Breakfast was disappointing. For that price I would expect fresh orange juice and a variety of coffees (ie. Espresso etc). The room was not cleaned properly and infrastructure poorly maintained (I.E. the paint on the walls, tiles in the bathroom etc). We were not satisfied at all, except for the ideal location.

I need this hotel because it situated near the Klinikum, the price is too high, breakfast is very poor, its good for students if the price will be much cheaper.

Metro is near the hotel, many supermarkets. Stuff very friendly

We stayed at the new building of the hotel behind, really quiet, clean. Of course we pardon the guys arriving during early hours after Oktoberfesting !! Breakfast is OK in a room which could seem tight. Metro and supermarket are a 2-minute walk away. From there you are in Marienplatz in 25 minutes, or best in Poccistrasse in 15 for Oktoberfest. Staff was always eager to help with taxi reservation, city indications, internet problems, etc. The main guy I think is Italian and everybody seems to speak that language.

Internet is only accessible in the old building, so we had to make it there for connection. And at arrival, I was pressured to pay in cash (and upfront) vs credit card. In the end I paid with the card but it left not a very good feeling for starts.

Good breakfast.

The night porter was very unkind. The room with 8 beds was nothing more than a camping with mattress on the floor.

Proximity of the Grosshadern clinic, proximity of the underground. Cleanliness, relatively quiet place, relatively big rooms. Overall, wuite good. But recommended only for those seeking the above-mentioned advantages.

Very basic, lacking mini-bar or fridge, safe, in the bathroom one single soap and shampoo. No carpets. One of the two night tables that normally is fixed to the wall was unclamped. This class of hotel is normally far cheaper in other places, or vice versa, elsewhere you can get much higher standard for the money.

Rapporto qualità prezzo! Soprattutto contando la posizione, vicinissima alla stazione della metropolitana!

Unica nota storta è che avevamo prenotato 2 camere da 8 persone e ci hanno dato 4 camere da 4 persone per motivi di prenotazione (un altro gruppo aveva prenotato una camera da 8 per un periodo maggiore). Una mail qualche giorno prima non avrebbe fatto male! Anzi!

Tranquillità della zona Vicinanza dalla metro'

Anche se fuori dal Centro, comodissimo per la vicinanza alla Metropolitana, supermercato vicino, e cordialità dello staff che parlava un ottimo italiano. Buona la colazione.
