The location of the hotel was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small, but the breakfast and everything else was very good. Would stay again. Bathroom small, shower small/tight.

Staff, Staff, Staff, Staff, Staff. (Repeat as many times as you like). The room was efficient, and perfectly suited for a traveler interested in the city and it's habits. The location was perfect for walking the old city and and 5 minutes taxi from the train. Nothing. I would be hesitant to recommend this hotel to a woman travelling alone as the desk does close at 23:00. But for me, the hotel was perfect. I will share my enthusiasm with all members of our industry.

Convenient location is the key strength of the hotel. The staff are very very nice. I personally like the old building structure as it gives a historical touch of the leisure stay in this old town which is famous for old castle.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms while not elegant were comfortable and very clean; the breakfast offering was excellent. It was centrally located. The only thing I might find fault is there is no air conditioning apparent - it turned into a warmish night - I don't know if that's really a fault though.

The staff was excellent, Nice location. Helps their guests with smile & devotion. Hotel should have lift. Though I was on first floor, it did not make difference to me but in general this facility is desired for any hotel.

Very nice and spacious bedroom, clean and bright bathroom. Excellent location at the heart of Heidelberg. Not a problem if you are fit, but we had a knee injury when we stayed at the hotel ... and we had to climb 4 floors with no elevator. This made us think that maybe older people, or disabled could have an issue if not warned in advance. This is a suggestion to improve communication, but we did not see this as a flaw from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, the views of the city from the 4th floor are stunning. The mattresses were completely destroyed and we could not sleep at all for the first night. After that we changed rooms, however, the new room mattress was also not comfortable. All in all not a pleasant stay. I heard though that they are ordering new mattresses.

Comfy rooms, arrived late when checking in, very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Staff didn't understand English very well, and did not clarify when they did not understand, so there was large miscommunication.

absolut perfekte Lage Da sich im Kellerbereich eine Diskothek befindet, setzten sich deren Besucher auf die Treppen vor dem Hotel und machten einen höllen Lärm. Samstags schließt die Diskothek um 3.00 Uhr, Lärm auf der Straße bis 5.00 Uhr morgens, sodass man kein Auge zu machen konnte. Schönes Hotel; aber absolut nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man seine Ruhe braucht.

Frühstück zentrale Lage Besonders ruhiges Zimmer gebucht und besonders lautes über Discobetrieb bis 3Uhr in der Nacht erhalten.Schlaflosigkeit is tin allen Zmmern mit wummernden Basstönen durch das Hotel vorprogrammiert.

Emplacement exceptionnel, à quelques mètres des monuments du centre- ville et tout près du chemin qui mène au château. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour des chambres désuètes mais confortables et propres. Personnel très aimable et souriant.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für den Stadtbesuch als Ausgangsort hervorragend. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Es fehlt der Aufzug, was für die höher im Haus gelegenen Zimmer notwendig ist, um den Koffer nicht etagenhoch schleppen zu müssen. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig und due Holztreppe sehr laut. Eine Teppichabdeckung, die schallschluckend ist, wäre empfehlenswert.
