Very nice hotel right in the heart of Old Town. Staff was friendly and spoke English very well. The hotel was a 3 minute walk to the path or train to the Castle.

Loved the staff. Mariana and all the staff were super! No amenities. Loved the breakfast! Delicious hot coco. Clean, rustic, very cozy. Loved the people! Thanks! No amenities like a sauna.

The location of the hotel was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small, but the breakfast and everything else was very good. Would stay again. Bathroom small, shower small/tight.

The staff was excellent, Nice location. Helps their guests with smile & devotion. Hotel should have lift. Though I was on first floor, it did not make difference to me but in general this facility is desired for any hotel.

Very nice and spacious bedroom, clean and bright bathroom. Excellent location at the heart of Heidelberg. Not a problem if you are fit, but we had a knee injury when we stayed at the hotel ... and we had to climb 4 floors with no elevator. This made us think that maybe older people, or disabled could have an issue if not warned in advance. This is a suggestion to improve communication, but we did not see this as a flaw from the hotel.

Comfy rooms, arrived late when checking in, very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Staff didn't understand English very well, and did not clarify when they did not understand, so there was large miscommunication.

Freundlicher Empfang und sehr nettes Personal. Sauber und ordentlich, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen , aber trotzdem eine gute 2 (in Schulnoten ausgedrückt). Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe gemacht. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Wir (2Erw..+2Kids 9+15) würden das Hotel zu jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Emplacement exceptionnel, à quelques mètres des monuments du centre- ville et tout près du chemin qui mène au château. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour des chambres désuètes mais confortables et propres. Personnel très aimable et souriant.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für den Stadtbesuch als Ausgangsort hervorragend. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Es fehlt der Aufzug, was für die höher im Haus gelegenen Zimmer notwendig ist, um den Koffer nicht etagenhoch schleppen zu müssen. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig und due Holztreppe sehr laut. Eine Teppichabdeckung, die schallschluckend ist, wäre empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt; Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufnähe. 1. Kein Lift 2. Rezeption ab 23 Uhr in der Nacht nicht bedient. 3. Nachtruhestörung gleich unter meinem Zimmerfenster ab Mitternacht bis kurz vor 3 Uhr morgens durch Biertrinker und Partygänger oder Randständige was weiss ich. An Schlaf war in dieser Zeit nicht zu denken und ich konnte mich an niemanden (siehe Punkt 2) wenden! Beschwerde direkt an das Hotel ist erfolgt zusammen mit Fotos der Ruhestörer.

La localización, en pleno centro de Heidelberg. Situado a 3 minutos de una parada de bus que te lleva a la estación central. Parada justo enfrente del funicular que te lleva al Castillo. La relación calidad - precio no es buena, es demasiado caro para el servicio que ofrece, pero se paga la localización. La habitación, aunque limpia no era cómoda, mobiliario antiguo y ¡¡el suelo estaba inclinado!! (Notablemente). No hay ascensor, normal por ser una casa antigua, y la escalera no es muy cómoda para subir si eres una persona mayor y vas con maletas. A las 11 de la noche cierran recepción y funcionas con una llave propia.

Wir mussten unsere Koffern über steile Treppen in den dritten Stock hinauftragen. Zimmer ist sehr klein mit schiefem Boden, sodass beim Liegen im Bett der Kopf tiefer ist als die Beine. Lärm aus einer naheliegendem Bar, laute Musik, bis um Mitternacht.

Frühstück war annehmbar. Kein Lift Zimmer im 3. Stock und sehr klein.Sehr kleines Bad, Zimmerboden unsauber, Fußboden u. Betten in schräglage, Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht zusammen. Keine Park möglichkeiten am Hötel, zusätzliche Parkkosten für Parkhaus.
