Situated 50 metres from the main railway station, 30 metres from the pedestrian zone and 20 metres from the palace park, this hotel enjoys a convenient location in the heart of Stuttgart. The new exhibition grounds can be reached in 28 minutes, the opera in 2 minutes and the Mercedes Museum in 15 minutes.

The hotel lies within a green park directly on Königstrasse, a street renowned for its shops and cultural attractions such as the ballet/opera house and the state gallery.

The Café am Schlossgarten offers fresh cakes and gateaux - "the best in town"- as well as breakfast, snacks, set meals, small dishes and ice-cream specialities.

"John-Cranko Lounge"
A freshly-pulled beer, American-style cocktail bar and a wide selection of champagnes make this lounge the perfect meeting place at all hours of the day. Regular live entertainment is available in the evenings.

"Schlossgarten Restaurant"
A menu of light, classic dishes and fine regional meals is presented in cheerful and elegant surroundings. In the summer, meals are also served on the panoramic terrace.

"VINOthek Schlossgarten"
A wine store and bistro in one, the VINOthek invites guests to taste and purchase wines from Germany, France and the "new wine world", accompanied by snacks and light dishes.

"Gourmet-Restaurant Zirbelstube"
This gourmet restaurant offers fine dining inspired by French and Mediterranean cuisine within an exclusive ambience. Meals are also served on the panoramic terrace during the summer. Reservation is essential.

Great location right on the park, a few blocks from most sights/stores, walking distance to the train station, the room had very deep tub for a good soak & very helpful staff

Air conditioning was not very cool

I liked the convenience to Restaurants, shopping. Also, it was easy for us to get to and return from the Airport, Messe.

breakfast and the bar

we asked a no smoking room and received first one with a very bed smell, and after we received a room without heating, near the heater was a broken glass(hidden)?

Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at (and I have stayed at quite a few
great hotels).The term "excellent" defining the friendliness and performance of the staff is too moderate.It should be "excellent +++".

I would love it if all the restaurants were open seven days a week.
