We had a great time and experience, my only concern is that the breakfast is expensive for what is offered. But we had a great experience and would like to come back.

Wonderful staff and great location. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Royal treatment. It would be nice to have a coffee/tea server in the room. Free wireless internet would be nice to have had available also.

Specious rooms, excellent breakfast (albeit separate eur 23.00 fee), friendly and attentive staff. Wifi - fast but issue in reconnecting. Relatively expensive hotel.

The Hotel staff are all ultra friendly, and they try to accomodate your every need. It is a fabulous 5 star location and worthy of this rating. We took a junior suite which met our expectations. The breakfast in the morning was first class.

Superb location!!! Fantastic for the Christmas Markets and Shopping. Less than 100m from the main shopping streets and City Centre. I had a Junior Suite... Large room, large Bathroom, Big TV - Great Room on 7th Floor. Very Helpful Staff and exceptionally welcoming. On arrival we were given a voucher for a free drink in the bar or a hot drink. A nice touch to welcome you. Also we booked a collection to and from the Airport via the Hotel. It was worth every penny of the 35 Euros each way! He was waiting for us at Arrivals and he was punctual to collect us from the hotel for the return. The Hotel carried out our instructions to the letter. FAB! There is not much to dislike... One small thing was the noise from the City Centre at Night if you like to sleep with a window slighly open for fresh air, but the hotel cannot do much about that! Every City has the same problem I guess? It would have been nice to have hot drink making facilities or a Kettle/Tea/Sugar/Milk in the room... it was 5 star!! That is it. Otherwise FAB!

We were upgraded to a fantastic suite at no charge. Accomodations were quite luxurious and very well appointed, and many extra touches. We arrived early and they were very accomodating on all fronts plus gave us a complimentary drink in the lounge. Staff were very knowledgable and helpful to guide our activities for our short stay. Would definitely go out of my way to go back there or stay at another one of their properties.

Great location right opposite the Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof and across the Schlossgarten from opera, theaters, and museum. The hotel staff was extremely slow in responding to requests for help in setting up wireless internet (which, as it turned out, was down anyway), and for information about tickets to theater, etc. I expected better service for the price, and ended up having to return to the front desk from my room to ask, again, for information and help. In addition, considering what one pays, there should be no additional charge for wireless internet. In this day and age there is no justification apart from greed for charging 15 euros/day for it. The breakfast is exorbitant at 22 euros.

Very confortable and lovely rooms. Excellent location, next to the main train station, at a walking distance from all the monuments and the shopping streets. The staff at the reception was very helpful when we checked in and when we left. They even printed a map with the route we had to follow. No complaints. The staff at the breakfast lounge could be more friendly but they were correct.

The friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel. The view from our room # 904. the decor throughout the hotel but especially in our room. The wonderful breakfast buffet. We invited our friends from Korntal, a family of 5, for dinner at the Schlossgarten Restaurant and all of us had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding and the service suberb. That it can take more than two full days to get the Internet going again. I would challenge you to seriously look for a different provider. Even though Germany is known for law and order and regulations I find it unacceptable to take that much time to fix any Internet trouble. Fortunately your highly service orientated staff helped to ease the situation as much as they possible could. Please note my comments do not in any way reflect our love for your hotel but as we say in Canada ----- the buck stops with you----(the owner).
