Su magnífica ubicación, en el corazón de la ciudad: muy cerca de la estación central, museos y zona comercial. La atención del personal y los productos L'Occitane en el tocador. La baja intensidad del aire acondicionado, tuvimos que abrir las ventanas, afortunadamente fue día de lluvia y el ambiente estaba bastante fresco. En ese aspecto distaba mucho de un hotel 5 estrellas. Cenamos en el restaurant del hotel, buen servicio pero la comida nada especial para sorprendernos. |

I was very happy to stay at this hotel. Everything functions well. Breakfast fantastic. In German Internet connection costs a lot and this is same also for this hotel. One hour connection 12 euro..crazy! |

The location is excellent, across the railway staion and just located in the city center. The hotel room is very comfortable and nice. |

Very Central - still by the park and pedestrian district. Restaurant with Michelin star, also other altenatives. Professional and pleasant staff. Reasonable good car parking at adjacent garage. |

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Quality of the room. The airco is wonderful. Most hotels 'have airco'. I was able to resolidify my melted chocolates on this one! Parking is no problem there. SPACIOUS room. No smoking, but there is a balcony... It is still possible under law to have smoking rooms or smoking parlours... They really should. |

All services/facilities were up to a five star hotel and the location is also quite central and therefore very handy. Car park is a big feature for a central located hotel. |

The room was terrific - spacious, comfortable and light with good view of park. Hotel staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. Convenient to all sights, theatres and station. Inadequate shower screen. Meals such as dinner and breakfast overpriced. |

The central location to the shopping street at Koenigstrasse was excellent. The park nest to the hotel and the views out of the windows were pleasant. The internet access at 12 euros per hour is too high. |

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were most friendly and warm and did all they can to make our visit a good one. It was directly opposite the main train station and extremely close to the shopping street. There was everything we needed near the hotel. (an added plus personally was the Loccitane toiletries that they placed in the bathroom. they were so pretty and smell fantastic!!! |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Charge for breakfast -- Euro 20 per person. Seems a bit steep after paying Euro 199 for the room. |

Nice hotel. Not too glitzy, though they try hard to make an impression of catering for the "upper class". Doesn't interest me... :) The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Stuttgart city center. Desk Staff were extremely helpfull in answering questions. Nice convenient parking for 15 euros per day and you may come and go as you please. I thought that for the price I payed, albeit at a discount rate, breakfast should have been included. |
