TV alt kein Text.Rezeption um 21,15 nicht mehr besetzt. Mobilnr. an der Tür, die angerufen werden sollte , Meldeete sich nach 3 maligen Anrufen in15 Minuten keiner. Erst nach Anruf der Festnetznummer meldete aich jemand und erklärte der Zimmer -und Haustürschlüssel lägen rechts neben der Haustür in den Blumen.Matratzen durchgelegen und Oberbett sehr dünn. Habe die ganze Nacht geforen. Mußte einen Tag füher abreisen, da ich mich stark erkältet habe.Außerdem waren alle Fenster halb geöffnet.Dadurch waren Bettzeug feucht. Empfehlung bei Änderungen : ja

Frühstück Innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit zum einchecken muste man im Mobilfunknetz eine Verbindung zur Reception herstellen und erführ dann, wo sich der Zimmerschlüssel befand ( in einem Blumentopf unterhalb eines Schildes mit 3 Hotelbewertungssternen )

L'ouverture d'esprit des propriétaires ; notre arrivée tardive dans la nuit ne leur a pas posé de problème! Les petits chocolats sur l'oreiller! Le petit déjeuner avec des produits frais! La gentillesse du personnel!

Also, man muss sagen es war einfach super. Wir hatten das Hotel für unsere "Hochzeitsnacht" gebucht. Das erste war, dass ohne Probleme das Zimmer getauscht wurde, damit wir zur Not länger schlafen können.Frühstück könnte man uns auch im Bett anbieten, wenn wir denn möchten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Dann als wir morgens um halb sechs aufs Zimmer kamen, stand noch Wein für uns bereit. So etwas war cih schon lange nicht mehr gewöhnt. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen.

Sehr nett, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Parkplätze?? Alles recht klein und beengt- gerade auch der Frühstücksraum. Abends keine Getränke o.ä. möglich. Auch keine Minibar im Zimmer.

Sehr gefallen hat uns das sehr freundliche Personal. Betten waren sehr bequem. Einige Renovierungsarbeiten wären meiner Meinung nach nötig. Ein Safe war leider auch nicht dabei.

Die Rezeption war bei Eintreffen um 16 Uhr nicht besetzt. Die Hinweisnummer an der Eingangstür war nicht erreichbar... erst nach 4maligem erfolglosem probieren, kam ein Rückruf. Wir wollten gerade nach was anderem Ausschau halten. Das Hotel ist nicht behindertengerecht. Die Tasche/Koffer muss die Treppen getragen werden.Bei der Buchung habe ich mich leider im Namen geirrt. Sonst hätte ich hier nicht gebucht.
