Wonderful location immediately opposite the Deutsche Oper and right by the entrance to a very convenient Ubahn station. Easy access from the airport and to and from the rest of Berlin. Friendly people and interesting guests Not really. Food not its fortune but they don't claim other than basic and wholesome. I would stay there again and intend to. |

I booked this hotel for its proximity to the Deutsche Oper and it was very convenient that it is possible to cancel the booking at very short notice. I think the breakfast charge at 14 Euro is extortionate, but I have no complaint about the hotel or its staff. |

The best asset of this hotel is its location: it is very close to the subway station, making it very convenient for people wishing to visit all the main tourist sites in Berlin. |

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Very convenient for Tiergarten and great walk into Mitte. Some noise from stairwell in end room, but quiet at night. |

Location; well laid-out & equipped and clean room with large windows; nearby grocery store open until 24h on weekdays and Saturday Street in front of the hotel was noisy due to heavy traffic when windows are left open. |

die persönliche Atmosphäre, die Möglichkeit, sich im Zimmer ein Heißgetränk zubereiten zu können, die Nähe zur Deutschen Oper die in letzter Zeit zunehmenden Bus-Sammel-Gäste. Dadurch ist es im Frühstücksraum sehr laut geworden. Die noch vor ca. 3Jahren gedämpfte Stimmung ist verloren gegangen. Bustourismus passt nicht in dieses Hotel |

Das Hotel befindet sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe zu der U-Bahn Station - sehr gut! Besonders wenn man nachts dahin kommt. Die Handtücher wurden nach Wunsch und Zeichen gewechselt, die weichen, bequemen Bette immer zurecht gemacht, der ganze Müll war jeden Tag weg, der FErnsehen bietet eine Vielfalt an kostenlosen Kanälen. |

Mitarbeiter (Rezeption/Reinigungspersonal) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem ist die Lage des Hotels für einen City-Trip optimal. Geräumige Zimmer! |

ベルリン･ドイツ･オペラに近く、オペラ鑑賞に非常に便利。ホテルのすぐ目の前に地下鉄Ｕ２の駅があり、都心に出るにも非常に便利。料金も良心的。 |

Großes Lob, meiner Anregung folgend, ein Fläschchen Wasser gratis wäre sehr schön, standen prompt für uns zwei Flaschen mit einem netten Brief bereit. Ansonsten sind gute Lage, schöne Zimmer und annehmbare Preise immer wieder ein Grund, eine Übernachtung in Berlin hier zu buchen |
