Ibis suites was a new experience, I have spent one week and had a good experience. The front office personnel especially a young lady (Marianne) was friendly and welcoming I felt home. I will always consider Ibis next time I visit Berlin.

A good value for the money: decent-sized room with an affordable minibar, very clean and adequately comfortable. For my purposes, it was ideal: a five-minute walk to either the Deutsche Oper (to the west) or the Schillertheater (temporary home of the Staatsoper). And it's an easy walk to the wonderful zoo. Breakfast wasn't included in the price I paid and seemed overpriced a la carte at 14 euro. (I walked a couple of blocks around the corner and had a croissant and cappuccino for 2.70.) My view was of a parking lot. No alarm clock was provided, though the front desk was on time with a wake-up call.

The cheapest rooms overlook a busy avenue (twice 4-lane) but that's not a problem. Those rooms are quiet thanks to thick double glazing. You won't hear a noise. Guaranteed. I didn't like the wi-fi system. Each time you want to use Internet in your room you have to ask for a voucher with a different username and password. The voucher is valid only 6 hours. So I would recommend the hotel only if you don't need "intensive" Internet access.

Great breakfast and the fact it is located next to the U-Bahn. It's hard to believe that a hotel which is recently renovated has no airconditioning. During a hot night it is difficult to sleep.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice through our staying. Wireless is available for free in the lobby as well as in the room, which brought great convenience. Overall it's a lovely experience and an add up to our journey in Munich.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was right next to the Ubahn station, which made it very easy to see the city. We didn't get the breakfast because it was a bit expensive, but there was a grocery store right down the block with everything that comes with a German breakfast for 1/3 the price of a breakfast.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Comfort hotel. It's in the center of West Berlin, near to Kurfursterdam. Very comfortable and WiFi is free of charge. New WiFi login and password has to be obtained every 6h

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Alles stimmte und die Anbindung an die U-Bahn direkt vor dem Haus: einfach perfekt. Auch die Entfernung zur Deutschen Oper und zur Oper im Schillertheater konnte bequem zu Fuß gemacht werden.

Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal; die U-Bahnstation ist vor dem Haus. Der Ku´damm ist in ca. 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der hauseigene Parkplatz ist etwas für Kleinwagen oder besonders versierte Autofahrer. Die Zimmer sind sauber, teilweise frisch renoviert mit behindertengerechten Badezimmern ( Zi.Nr.204). Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, in sehr gutem Zustand, teilweise neu. Die Matratzen sorgen für guten Schlaf. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut bestückt mit versch. Brötchen und Brotsorten, Joghurt, Obstsalat, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, gek. Eier, Rührei usw. Die Duschwanne in Zimmer Nr. 403 ist etwas für Akrobaten; sie ist gut 30 cm hoch und für ältere oder gebrechliche Menschen ist der Einstieg nicht zu bewältigen. Die Fenster zur Staße hin (Zi.Nr. 204) hat (noch?) keine jalousien zur Verdunklung; das Licht der davor befindlichen Straßenlaterne stört erheblich.
