Friendly family-run hotel. Very efficient key system. Elegant and comfortable room and a reasonable location for access to the main train station. We would have liked to be closer to the Altstadt, but the tram was very convenient and quick. |

Very friendly staff, charming stylish hotel, lovely rooms (Country house Lindström), quiet area, really nice breakfast. Close to "Philippshalle" (pop/rock concert venue) The non smoking rooms are above the smoking ones, hence you're affected by an unbearable smoking odor if someone on the floor below smokes in his room. Very annoying!! |

Het hotel blinkt uit in de wijze van de aankleding met bijzondere aandacht voor details. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer goed verzorgd en een goed Italiaans restaurant bevindt zich op 20mtr afstand van het hotel. |

Het ontbijt was goed en werd voldoende aangevuld. De kamer was conform 3 sterren en bood voldoende comfort. Men doet erg zijn best om het hotelgasten naar hun zin te maken. Het hotel ligt op ca 20min loopafstand van het centrum in een niet erg vooraanstaande wijk. De parkeerplaats voor autos (a 10 euro) ligt achteraf op een onbewaakt openbaar terein, waardoor je niet het gevoel hebt dat deze echt veilig stond. Daarnaast ontbrak er een lift in het hotel. |

Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le service très attentifs et présent. L'ambiance déco très sympathique. La rénovation de cet hotel est très bien pensé. Tout espace est bien utilisé. J'étais attiré par la déco individuelle par chambre, tellement différent des grands hotels que nous n'aimons pas. Je trouve par contre que coté design salle de bain, on a encore du progrès à faire en Allemagne par rapport à la Belgique. Les carrelages font trop Brico Center. Je pense aussi que nous avons plus de choix pour les petits budget un peu design en Belgique. Mais l'eau était bien chaude et avait une bonne pression. Serviettes impeccable. C'est ce qui compte!! Merci. Nous y avons passé un bon moment. |

Nettes kleines Sadthotel mit Flair in ruhiger Lage in Düsseldorf. Sehr hübsche mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Zentrum ist schnell erreichbar. |

Het hotel is duidelijk met zorg en aandacht ingericht. We hadden dan ook een mooie en vooral schone kamer. De bedden, lakens, het ontbijt is fantastisch. We zijn erg enthousiast over dit hotel, een absolute aanrader. |
