clean room, very convenient location with good restaurants around, cheap rate for 4 star hotel, this is not really a 4 star hotel to me looked a good 2 or 3 star bed & breakfast poor breakfast, staff, room service and service in general not as good as a 4 star hotel |

Location. Location. Location. Ideal to explore the city. The room was large and clean. Nice staff. Breakfast is fine ?(a bit boring after 10 days, but any breakfast would be after 10 days :) ). Internet access is extremely expensive. 18 Eu per day with no option for less. I went with my computer to other hotels to get access for much less. (In the axel - the nearby hotel - for example it was 9 Eu a day and 3 eu per hour!) |

Location is great! I room was not cleaned in three days, and one day they had no room service or food. Hardly four star |

For the money an excellent hotel in Berlin with very friendly attentive staff. Room was larger than normally found in this price range, and having a balcony overlooking the street was great too. Good hot breakfast too included in the room price. I would stay here again anytime! No free internet |

Great location with nice restaurants on the same street. Nice quiet, pleasant neighbourhood, 3 blocks from U-bahn station. Friendly, helpful staff. |

Location of the hotel, close to main transport services and shopping area, restaurants etc. Very nice breakfast, comfortable and clean room and bathroom, towels changed daily but no sheets in a 4 day stay. No sheets were changed in 4 nights stay. Wi-fi access should be provided free-of charge. |

It was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating. The service I received was far better than I have experienced otherwise in Berlin. The front desk staff was superb. The breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Berlin. There were some problems with my keycard at check in - I think they assigned me the wrong room. This was a small issue that was corrected immediately. |

The staff were very friendly and effecient. Large comfortable rooms with balcony which was a nice touch in the hot weather. Planning to stay here again on my next trip if the price is right. A minibar of fridge in the room would have been ideal. |

Hotel has great location, room was tidy, spacious and had everything I needed during my stay. Staff was extra helpful, and the breakfast had a wide assortment of items. |
